PUTTING FIRST DEPOSIT

HI EVERYONE I'AM PUTTING MY FIRST DEPOSIT ON MY CATERING HALL (SANS SOUCI) I WANTED TO KNOW ANY BRIDES WHO HAVE GOTTEN MARRIED THERE OR IS GETTING MARRIED THERE. I WOULD LOVE TO HEAR YOUR OPINIONS I GETTING MARRIED ON SEPTEMBER 10, 2004.

Hey I just made my first payment!!!! This is what I did - go through all the the possible questions I had - the Knot had a good list of questions. The specific ones i asked were about valet, how many waiters per table, can I use candles, how much to feed band/vendors, what happens in case of cancelation or postponement, must I use any house vendors... if I think of any more I'll let you know. Just get everything in writting!! and congrats!
