PWP at fox hollow

FYI 'Perfect Wedding Planner' at the Fox Hollow is not so great. I ordered 'Save the Dates' from them and they told me they would be in in 2 weeks. Now it is 5 weeks later. I am still waiting. I called and they told me they were sorry and that something went wrong with the order. James took the order.

I have heard quite a few negative comments about James from people who have used PWP. I'm sorry to hear that you're still waiting.

Sorry to hear about your negative experience.

I had a great experience with PWP, but there are positives and negatives with every vendor.

i went to PWP for invites and talked to Samantha....she was very UN-knowledgeable (IMO). Maybe it was James that I should have spoken with - the skinny guy with brown hair - even Samantha said he was the 'invite expert.'

I'm still looking around though. I ran into someone who told me the Wedding Place in Manhasset is supposed to be amazing.

I'm surprised he's still there! We had major problems with him and someone else there. We were finally rescued by Linda. Not sure if she's still there (since the changes took place), but she was our savior!
The only thing we ended up ordering was our STD magnets with Linda because we could never get an appt with James. (LONG STORY...)
We were going to order our invites from them, but rec'd a much better price ordering online and the layout was MUCH better...that was including the PWP discount.
