So, the Deacon said 2 people can bring up the bread and wine for communion. I was thinking of having my sister and FSIL do it. BUT there's just one slight problem... my sister is Jewish. She was born Catholic but was converted by her parents and had a Mitzvah and everything. She said she's ok doing it but do you think she'd be allowed?? lol....

Re: Q. for Catholic Girls who had/having a mass
Hmmm I'm trying to think back to my altar serving days. Do the people who bring the gifts up usually hang out and receive communion before everyone else? I can't remember!
If not, then I don't think it should be an issue. I just wouldn't mention and I doubt they'll ask.

2011er crashing
My FH's aunt just got married and her entire wedding party (except for my FMIL) was jewish.
Her two jewish friends did the readings and when they did communion only FMIL took it.
Maybe it depends on the church?

when they bring it up they don't take communion so I don't think it should be a problem

They usually walk back to their seat after they bring up the communion. So it should be fine.
