Q for June Brides... Past & Future

are any of you girls worried about it being too hot for your wedding?

with the last few days being in the 70s...all I can think about is being out there in the sun in this big gown, full face of makeup and hair....and SWEATING!

do any of you other girls feel the same?? or am i overreacting??

any past June Brides have any input?

i definatly have thought about it... luckily my ceremony is at 5 so hopefully it will be getting cooler out.. my BIG concern is going to take pics at 2 at OWG... its going to be sweltering out... i should have my make up artist with me all day.. LOL

my ceremony will also be at 5/530

and pics im thinking around 3- since pics and ceremony will hopefully be same location

and depending on the cost, i am highllyyyyy considering keeping my makeup artist until the ceremony!

I'm not too worried. My ceremony is at 3pm and will probably end around 4- we're doing a full catholic mass. The cocktail hour starts at 7:30 with pictures in between by the beach.

The one thing I'm considering when picking my gown is the weight of the material. I'm looking at something long, but light for the bridesmaids, and for myself- I'm staying away from satin.

I definitely thought about the weather when picking the date which is one of the reasons I chose the first weekend in June.

My (outside knock on wood*) ceremony is at 430 so it probably won't ge too bad at that time of day and I don't plan on a big ball gown either.

I just hope it doesn't rain!

I was thinking the same thing when i started looking at dresses... but i'm only going to be outdoors for pictures and mingling, so it really shouldn't be too bad.

i'm not worried... i just hope it doesn't rain!
