we're going 2 days before the wedding and dropping everything off (matchbooks, cake cutting set, and our centerpieces)

We are doing floating candles.

my BM suggested doing floating centerpieces..but i think im going to stick to a floral one..although i am toying with the idea of a huricane lamp with a ring of flowers...

Re: Q for people making their centerpieces...

I believe they do because when we signed our contract they gave us a piece of paper with a break down of what to expect as it gets closer to the wedding. Its a breakdown of 1 month before the wedding come in with, 1 week before the wedding come in with, 2 days before the wedding come in with (These may not be exact but you get the idea)

and at the bottom it said put everything in a box and label the box. So I am guessing they either keep it in their office or a storage room.

I am not sure how floral would work. Talk to them because wouldnt the flowers wilt or something?? Definatly call your banquet manager and ask him about that.

If anything have a friend or relative who is not in the bridal party run over to the hall that morning and drop off the flowers
