for your response envelopes, did you purchase the 44 cent wedding ring stamp or the Forever stamps?? I bought all of the 44 cent stamps but now FH is telling me to return them for the forever stamp b/c he heard rates were going up. I called the P.O. and as far as they know, rates are not going up, but if they were, they would be after mother's day. My RSVP date is the day before mother's day so it would basically be all the last minute stragglers in trouble... i like the wedding ring stamp more than the forever stamp though! haha... what did you all buy??

Yes - the rates ARE going up around Mother's Day. My invites went out last week, and I bought the forever stamps for the response cards just to be on the safe side (even though my RSVP date is before Mother's Day).

no - the forever stamps are 44 cents too ... but even when the price goes up, you can still use them and not have to pay extra

Re: Q for those sending out invites soon
Yes! Forever stamps were used for the response envelopes. Its safer in the sense that God forbid the rates go up once your guest have the invite, than its fool proof.
