So for today's question of the day, lets focus on US......
Is there anything you guys plan on doing before the wedding to pamper yourselves and get ready for the big day? Facial, body wrap, sauna, etc?
I personally plan on getting a facial/microdermabrasion about 3 weeks before the wedding. I also probably plan on tanning about a week and a half before also. I heard a sugar scrub/exfoliant is really great too (never had it though so I am not sure if it works).....it will leave your skin shiny and glowy for the big day!! Oh and obviously the regular manicure/pedicure....

Hmm...I didn't even think about this besides the normal mani-pedi!! Maybe I should get a massage to relieve some stress!!!

for you ladies doing the teeth whitening, are you getting it professionally done or are you doing the Crest whitestrips.....
I asked my dentist about it but I am afraid that its going to make my teeth weaker and sensitive.......

I want to try and take my mom, FMIL, my sisters and FSIL for a spa day. Massage and facial and just plain old pampering. Then of course the standard mani/pedi/waxing.

Lets see I'll be getting waxed (not looking forward to this) teeth whitening, tanning, mani/pedi, and now that you girls mention it maybe I'll treat myself to the spa

I was thinking of getting it done professionally. I haven't asked my dentist about it yet. I don't think it would make your teeth weak and sensitive, but again I could be totally wrong. Did he say this was a possibility?

he was just talking up his 'system' to sell it....I don't know!! I know I want to get it done but I am not sure if Crest strips will do more damage than a dentist....Anyone else already have had teeth whitening!?!?

I'm going to try to do some tanning, but I'm paler than pale so I might have to suck it up and do the spray tan, which is okay since it's probably safer and all that goodness. I'm also going to be going out for manis/pedis with the girls the night before.

I am petrified of brazilian or bikini wax......I think I may have to suck it up bc theres no way im dealing with that crap on my HM!
