Story of my life!
Yes I have 2 in particular...one i didnt plan on inviting until she called everyone and I got yelled at....and the other is my god mother. She is a drug addict and pill popper and can be very in appropriate. The other one just has no manners.

I don't think there are many families that don't have an embarressing relative. Hopefully they won't come to the wedding though

I was elated when my mom told me my aunt and cousin would be attending sans Uncle Mark.
He would most certainly show up with a zipper cooler of natural light beer and his 'Staying Alive' boots from 1980.

i dont have much family here and the ones who will be at my wedding, no not worried about them. Sometimes i wish i had more family who would be at my wedding even they embarassed me rather than not having them. Unfortunately most of them cant be here, with getting visas and all that its just impossible right now.

I have an alcoholic family member that I was VERY worried about. Let's just say that everyone noticed who it was but my family protected me from seeing anything the whole night. I have heard stories though.
He is in recovery now though!!

I am so many embarrassing family members that I have pure empathy when I see other peoples relatives making a mockery of the family!

I keep forgetting that there are other people, besdies myself, who have very few family members coming for one reason or another. You are right though, I would rather have my family here embarrassing me a little, than not at all.

Yeah i would have loved for my family from Italy to come too but they would have gone a little too crazy!! I wouldn't have minded though
My cousin that came with her husband was pregnant so that calmed her down a bit!
