Morning ladies and gentlemen (I know we have at least one amongst us)! So today is day two of asking questions and let me just say that coming up with good, original questions isn't easy! I really give it a lot of thought!
So today's question is, are you doing a traditional first dance as husband and wife or are you being creative with it and stepping out of the box? Please explain why you chose traditional or why you chose another route.
I have always LOVED the movie Dirty Dancing since I was a little girl because I had always wanted to be a dancer since as far back as I can remember. I absolutely have a passion for dancing even to this day. FH saw videos online of couples who had done the infamous 'Time Of My Life' dance he asked me how I felt about doing that and of course I loved the idea! The fact that he would offer to be my Patrick Swayze because he knows how much I love dance and the movie made me realize all over again why he's the one for me! That is what we plan to dance to for our wedding because it fits our personalities perfectly. It may not be traditional, but it's us! :)

We are going with traditional. Our song is 'You're the Inspiration' by Chicago. FH is super old school so I doubt we will do anything other than just a plain old first dance lol

I guess we're doing traditional? Our wedding song is more of an 'indie song' and its not a super long song so it shouldn't be too embarrassing or too boring haha!
And I LOVE dirty dancing I grew up on that movie Nd I told FH that we can't get married unless he watches it (bc he's never seen it!) and he doesn't get it and I said if I had to sit through all The Lord of the ring movies for him he can watch it for me! But he doesn't get it hahahaha

We are going the traditional route -- nothing fancy! But we are having 2 songs. One for just us and then our parents/party to join us at the end, and then one for everyone to join in.
Our song isn't a typical wedding song... so ours will be somewhere in between traditional and non-traditional. We'll probably take some dance lessons... or use the 7 weddings before ours to use as practice to just make sure we don't look TOO stupid.
