Wow we're in July already time is flying.

Question: Did you know you were going to be proposed to?

I was caught completely off guard. Every time I would bring up marriage to my FH he would just say, 'aren't you happy with how we are now?' After a while I stopped asking and that's when it happened.

It was a total surprise. We planned a trip to a park where we had our first date and that's where he popped the question. We then stayed at a beautiful hotel in the city for the whole weekend. It was perfect.

Total surprise. I was expecting when we were in disney a few weeks ago or MAYBE Christmas. He said the ring was burning a hole in his safe lol. I'm glad he did it earlier though because his grandpa who passed away in April was able to be there which makes it that much more special :)

I kind of knew...ok I knew when I found the certificate to the 'diamond education' class at the jeweler lol but we have been talking so much about it that I left little hints on what kind of ring style I like...but I will say.I hate surprises lol...

i knew it was happening -- but didn't know when. The date of the actual proposal was a complete surprise. It just happened on a random Tuesday when i got home from work and it was perfect!

I knew there was a ring - as we went to the jeweler together - but I was totally surprised. It happened on a random Sunday while we were in sweats watching football. He even said he didn't wake up saying I was going to propose today - it just happened!

I had no clue, total surprise we talked about marriage like once or twice but I was shocked/happy when he proposed.

I didn't have a clue. We'd talk about marriage often, but I didn't know when he was going to do it, especially since we had bought a house recently.

I knew it was happening.... which I am totally bummed about. I knew it was going to happen because he asked me for the name of our family jeweler. But it was a dead give away when he told me he wanted to go back up to Oneonta where we first became friends. It also didn't help that my mother called me that Friday before we left and said 'I better be the first call'. I was pissed ha. He tried to be romantic but I knew it was coming and happening that weekend.... Oh well :) Still love him and the effort he put into it!

We went to see the tree in Rockerfeller Center on New Year's Day with another couple. We then went to on Top of the Rock and my girlfriend (MOH now) was taking pictures of us or at least I thought she was. She was actually recording the entire proposal. Lol Best surprise ever! = )

That's crazy my FH's friend proposed in Rockefeller Center too a couple of days before New Year's Eve. They are getting married Jan. 3rd 2015 as well they wanted the Fox Hollow but it was already taken for Jan 3rd (guessing it was you!) So they went with Jericho Terrace. LOL
