During this wedding process do you find you're learning things about FH that you never knew before?
Seriously, I never knew my FH would be SO INTERESTED in the wedding. I know it's his day too, but he never struck me as the type to care about color schemes, and flowers, etc. In the beginning it was really hard for me, because I'm so used to making decisions without asking for other input... Now we're into a good groove, but the first few weeks after the engagement were rough. I've learned how compromise and how to make him think he came up with the idea so I get my way

i've learned how much more similar are taste are. a couple of months after we got engaged fh bought all this furniture/home decor stuff from his sil (at home america stuff) without telling me, he showed me the stuff in the catalog after it was ordered. and i was shocked that it was stuff that i would of picked out myself.

I have just learned how well we work together and that we want the same things. The wedding planning is easier when FH wants what you do as well!

My FH have to be involve because we are both paying for the wedding. I told him to please let me know what you don't like because when the day is over and I hear you didn't like something when you had a chance to change it I will crack your skull open.

i never knew FH was into having a traditional wedding (like reception hall, etc). One time i suggested we should just go to vegas and save money and he was sooo against it lol i was surprised b/c it didnt seem like him

i haven't really learned much more about him. he's a pretty laid back type of guy we usually vibe together on the same ideas. If anything, i would say that I learned a lot more about myself during this planning process.

I learned that he actually cares about details like I do, I never thought he would care about the planning but hes been involved in every step so I cant complain lol

i learned that he likes decisions made early, he already wants to be be set on everything. whenever i bring up a new idea hes like 'ok so this is def it right?' i have to keep expaling that we have enough time to change our minds and im not saying anything but the rh are def now

I have had a similar experience with my FH. I thought he'd like to spice things up a bit, be a little different, but not at all. He wants a traditional wedding, and that really shocked me. I don't mind it though. Love the fact that he wants to be involved.
