QOTD 10/02

OK so who has a color scheme or theme surrounding their wedding? Why did you choose this scheme/theme?

I am sticking with Gem tones and PURPLE! My favorite color! My theme seems to be developing into flowers! Since I am getting married at Flowerfields it just seems to be falling into place.

my colors are black and white with accents of red.
i picked it because i love how classy black and white look together.
i don't have a set theme, but i guess it is kind of vintage glam, with the black and white and mansion.

We're doing navy and grey with pops of purple. The colors are kind of nautical and our venue is on the water. I'm just trying to keep it traditional and romantic.

My theme is peacock. There will be touches of it but I am using it mainly for my colors which are purple, dark teel and cobalt blue.

One of my good friends used this theme at her wedding...I see peacock everywhere these days for weddings! Wonderful theme!
She had the bridesmaids wear different color dresses to match a peacock feather...are you doing anything like that?

For our ceremony it is going to mostly be a vintage feel since we are getting married in a very old church and I have a parasol. For the reception we are doing a very modern turquoise blue and ivory with a few touches of gold. We choose that color when we were looking at uplighting and thought it looked great in the room. Our RH is right on the water so we thought to bring in the blue of the water plus the cool bright color of summer.

Our color scheme is Royal Blue, Silver, and White. The FH is a huge Yankee fan, so he is loving that it is blue and silver!

My color theme is sapphire blue and coral. I chose sapphire blue because that is the stone on my e-ring. I researched different colors that went well with sapphire and found that coral is a beautiful accent color.

Our color scheme is watermelon and black. My bridesmaids were going to wear watermelon but we switched it to black. My flower girls are going to wear watermelon and they will all have watermelon gerbera daisies. I think the watermelon flowers against the black dress will really pop out in pictures. I am excited to see it all come together!

My theme is fall so my colors are chocolate brown and burnt orange with a few gold highlights here and there. It's so funny I always though I didn't like these colors until I started planning my wedding!! Now I'm obsessed!
