~*~QOTD 10/10/09~*~

Okay, so this question will be a little off kilter...usually we talk about all thinsg wedding, wedding planning, dresses, honeymoons, babies, etc etc.....so my question today is:

When all is said and done, and there is no wedding left to plan/have, what are you most looking forward to AFTER the wedding/honeymoon?

As much as wedding planning is one of the best times of my life, it's by far the most hectic overwhelming time consumed chapter in my life. I am working, tutoring, going to school, doing observations, taking an online class, and wedding planning all at the same time (not to mention trying to keep up the relationships i must maintain at home w/parents, family, friends, and FH)

So I'm not ashamed to say, that theres a part of me that cannot WAIT until all of this is over....when i get home from the honeymoon, I can be ON MY OWN in my own place for the first time with FH!! I look forward to that, and being able to just go to work during the day, and come home and RELAXXXXXXX at night!

I just can't wait to actually have more than 5 minutes that aren't consumed with a million + things that I have to get done by a deadline!

starting our life together and starting a family!

buying new bedroom furniture...replacing our oven..buying new tvs...sounds stupid but it will make our place more adult and it will be our first bug purchases together.
and of course living up to my suprelative...start that baby making!

decorating our new apartment/place and having complete privacy. just the two of us

when all is said and done, I just can't wait to move in with FH and start our lives together!!! no more making plans who's coming to the other's house, no more having to always have a schedule.....just do what we want WHEN we want with no parent's up our butts!!

I think my FAV thing and something I am REALLY looking foward to is our first xmas together!! We get to wake up next to each other and exchange presents in our pjs!!!!

ME TOO!!! I can't to wake up and just see him there, have breakfast together, make dinner together.....I am getting excited! LOL

I would say starting our new life together, but we've already been living together for a while so I'll have to say CONTINUING our life together

same here!!

Being married.

great question. this is something me and FH keep dreaming about. we cant wait to get our own apt. right now w/the wedding spending we really cant afford a downpayment on anything, so we cant wait to get some money from the wedding (I know, how materialistic) save a bit more and get our dream apt. we actually already decorated it completely in our minds: all the colors are picked out, agreement on the type of furniture we would get, how many rooms, closet space alloted to each, and even our 1st dinner party all planned out LOL
I know that will be even more time consuming than the wedding planning, and we just cant wait for that next step in our lives.

Spending money on me again! Oh and having a baby duh!!!!
