I'm obsessed with the two-ingredient pumpkin muffins this season! Just pumpkin puree and any flavor cake mix...amazing.

QOTD! 10/10/13 - NWR - Long Island Weddings

I usually try a different soup recipe each fall. Last week I made a version of the Broccoli and Cheddar soup from Panera (I worked there when I was younger and I'm still obsessed with it!) It came out great! I also love everything pumpkin and apple spiced

Tonight I'm making an apple-bacon-cheddar bake for the Giants game - hopefully it will be time for a win!
