to kick off this week, here's my question of the day:
What was the first wedding related thing you did when you first got engaged?
first thing i did was plan this dang engagement party
we're having a chinese banquet in honor of my chinese heritage since we'll be doing an american wedding, so we thought this would be a fair compromise...

Joined LIW, thought about dates, made guest list, went to see rh's and the church. That was probably all within the first week lol.

the first wedding thing we did was book our e-party and set a date

Took out my stash of wedding mags and dragged FH to two RH's in less than a week. Then I slowed it back down once I realized how far away we would have to wait to get married.

We were engaged on 5/16/08 by 6/1/08 we had booked our RH. Everything went into place from there.
