we are waiting because in 09 i will be finishing with school plus we are planning to buy a house so this gives us more time to plan and save money for what we really want. I didn't want to feel rush having an 09 wedding which was an option and almost went with it. I rather be more calm save money and get something that it think is important A HOUSE

We thought we would get married Nov 2008 But it was all about the money. We want the house first, so started looking for a house first. So we thought we would need money for the first year of getting the house in order and have the wedding nov 2010. Yes, it over two years, but we really a place to live.

We got engaged last year and were hoping for an 09' at the time.. but financially it just wasn't going to happen. Now we have enough time to put money away and have a great wedding instead of a 'so so' one.

we are waiting mostly because we couldn't afford a wedding that we really wanted in 2009. also, FH will be finishing grad school in dec 2009 so that helps too.

We wanted to save money and have extra time to plan. And also book early to get the vendors we want.

we're waiting b-cuz:
1) Financially we can't afford to have a wedding of MY standards any sooner.
2) I'll be finished (or almost finished) w/ my masters
3) It gave us time to work on ourselves and get settled into our careers.

I just started my job, we need to save money, and I am need it to be perfect lol I would wait longer to make sure it was less stressful and beautiful :)
