Good Morning Ladies,

Happy Friday the 13th!!!!!! I know a lot of ppl are very superstitious about today's date but it is always one of my favorites (reminds me of my fav holiday, Halloween & 13 has always been my lucky ##)!!! So I am def not superstitious about today but am about other things!
So that leads me to today's question.....

What superstitions do you believe in and what do you do to combat them (i.e burn sage, throw salt over your shoulder, etc).

I do not walk under ladders (If I accidentally walk under one, I walk backwards under it again), I always take notice when a black cat crosses my path from left to right, I ALWAYS 'knock wood' when I want something to happen, I lift up my feet when going over train tracks (unless I am driving), If I see a lot of crows around I believe that means something bad is going to happen.

I knock on wood all the time, lol.

My family has a lot of superstitions like:

-Don't whistle in the house b/c it means you're whistling money away from the house
-Don't leave keys on the table - something associated with money.

Knock on wood when I talk about something that I don't want to happen.

When getting on a plane, I step on with the right foot.

Playing softball I don't step on the foul line when getting on or off the field.

When the clasp of my necklace is in the front, make a wish when you put it in the back.

Don't put your bag on the floor, you'll lose money.

Don't put your shoes on the table (forgot what this was for).

When your nose is itchy you're going to get in a fight.

When your palm's itchy you're going to come in to some money.
