QOTD 11~15

I got a new job doing what I used to do and it got me thinking about the QOTD ...

What is the one thing at work that you absolutely dispise doing but have to do it?

For me it would be 'close outs' which is a mandatory 12 hr day trying to sell as much as possible and making over 100 phone calls a day

commuting to the city everyday from Long Beach! 3 hrs of my day spending on a train.

hMmM probably billing out my time and recording my expense reimbursements. It's such a pain!!!!

And getting on the NYC Subway everyday....it's just so gross.

Ugh my monthly customer usage spreadsheets. The entire thing takes up both of my monitors and is really bad on the eyes. ugh I dread it every month!

Writing crazy long lesson plans that require redicilous amounts of BS so that they look rigorous, and creating monthly unit plans bc my school doesn't have a set curriculum ..... Oh yea and changing my 5 bulletin boards every month

You have my respect sweetie...even though this isn't pleasant..I can't wait to be a mom one day

For me, it is not very pleasant when a patient comes into the office and doesn't have very good hygiene.

I work in a doctor's office.

I do hate the poop part but you get used to it. Cheerios on the floor seem to multiply by themselves lol Being a mom is the best thing that ever happened to me. Think about how much you love your FH and multiply that by infinity.

Commuting to work, since the storm it now takes two hours and then getting there and cannot access files that I need bc the cable, internet, etc had been down for a week!!!!

Writing progress notes for my sessions with my clients. I'm a social worker and I work with people who have mental illnesses.

QOTD 11~15

We have tons of meetings that have to be carefully documented. Getting the many meeting minutes taken, transcribed, edited, corrected, reviewed, corrected again, filed.... I have my admin who does a lot of it and I still hate it.
