Honestly, when I started venue searching online I was so frustrated because I didn't like anything. Finally found the Bellport Country Club and loved it! Honestly don't know what my second choice would have been. I might still be crying about hating everything right now if we were booked already!

I felt the same way!! My bridesmaids were starting to think they'd never have to plan anything because I was never going to pick a place!! LOL. I think the final count was 43 venues across Long Island, Brooklyn, and Westchester.

If we hadn't chosen our venue, he loved Flowerfield, so we probably would've gone there because he has asked for so little regarding the wedding (and he's a saint for wanting me to be happy and going along for the ride!!).

thatched cottage was my second choice but room was small for me! Also westbury manor i loved but, I wanted higher ceilings! The estate had everything I wanted :)
