hope everyone stays dry on this horrible rainy day.
so todays question is:
What is the one thing that you have to have at your wedding no matter the cost?? & how did your FH & others involved in planning react to it?
i demanded that we have a seafood station at the cocktail hour. my FH didn't care as long as he gets to pick a carving station. my parents (who are paying for the RH) decided to pick the better menu (with the seafood station) as long as FH & I would agree to a Friday wedding. -> so a friday wedding we are having.

The percussionist with the DJ. FH is ok with the idea but he still has not watched the DJ DVD yet so he could love it or hate it but I love it!!!

Thats what I have to have! As well as my V-hour fh said if we have money left over we will get it I said NO WERE GETTING IT! hehehe

hmm I definitely want a wine bar, and my amazing aunt (who is also on this website under 08 brides -- catsgirl) says that she is going to make me one!
I dont really drink wine, but i think it will be cool... and FH doesnt see the point in it, but he is down for everything

Something that I 'had to have' was the harp player for the ceremony. I am lucky because my father said yes instantly.
Something FH 'had to have' was an ice cream bar When we first got engaged and my parents asked us what was important to use all FH said was an ice cream bar! He his nuts!!! Well needless to say he got his ice cream bar and whole bunch of other stuff!!
The only thing I 'MUST HAVE' is something other than just the wedding cake for desert. Mini vienesse would be good. It doesn't take too much to please me

We had to get married in a church (my church from when I was growing up) and we knew we wanted a band, even though its expensive.

I was pretty set on having a band. FH wasnt. But then I found a band he would love and changed his mind
