I came up with today's QOTD because FH and I were looking back on our relationship the other day So here it is!
When did you first realize that you loved or were in love with your fh? When did you both finally say those 3 little words, “I love you”? How did it happen?
For me, I knew I was falling for him the night he took me out to NYC. I don't remember why we got all dressed up or what occassion it was for, but we went to see a show and have dinner. It was the perfect night and I knew I was really falling for him. The day he said 'I love you' we were on the chair lift at Okemo, VT, skiing. He said it 'by accident.' and then it got all quiet That night, we both said it to each other in the condo sitting in front of the fireplace (very romantic haha). But it was the best feeling. And we just talked for hours that night.

I don't really think there was one particular moment. I knew I wanted to tell him that I loved him, but I was afraid. A few months after our first date, he told me and at first, I didn't believe him. But of course, now I do, and here I am.

Like alot of you...it was about a month into dating. I just kind of knew...and oddly enough...he brought it up around the same time I knew.

we said it to me 2 months after we were dating even tho to this day he claims I said it first (lol) we were in his bedroom when I gave him his highschool graduation gift after he read my card he said 'i Love you'

FH and I talked about dating while he was back in FL attending a funeral for his grandmother. We talked seriously every evening. I was leaving him a voicemail during that week and at the end of the voicemail I blurted 'I love you!' I was so embarrassed, but luckily he ignored it!
About two weeks after we STARTED dating he called me up to tell me he got a 4.0 that semester, I was so excited for him I said 'Wow, I'm so proud of you... I love you!' He paused, but then he said it back! We were dating about three weeks at the time.

i dont remember there being this 'omg i;m in love' point. he told me he was falling in love with me first and i said it back about three weeks in. then we kinda said it everyonce and awhile on when we talked and it grew into saying it everytime.

FH & I were best friends since 8th grade, he was always interested in me, & I wasn't interested since I was dating someone. All of a sudden in the summer of 2006 I started thinking about him a lot, he kissed me in Aug 2006, & I realized from the sparks and my own thoughts that I really did love him & I had been in love with him for years. I told him I loved him for the first time in the end of Sept 2006 on the phone & he didn't say anything haha I felt so stupid. Then he came home from college to visit me Oct 5th, he asked me face to face 'do you love me?' & I said 'yes' & his reply with a smile was 'good, I love you too & wanted to wait until I was face to face with you to tell you.' ....& the rest is history haha
