QOTD 1/14

Good morning ladies.

Here is todays questions to ponder:

If money wasn't an object, whether you are paying or not, would you still be having your wedding at the place you booked? If not, where would you have it? Also, would it still be at the same time of year and day of the week?

i love my hall.. but if money wasnt an option i would have had it on an exotic island and flown all of my family in for a week. it wouldnt be in august, probably in october or maybe april since it august on an exotic island would kill us with the heat.

I wouldn't change a thing, except maybe have it on a saturday instead and add an extra hour on. But I would never change my hall

I'd still have it at the same RH, but I just wouldn't be wondering how the heck we're gonna afford it.

if i had alot of money and didnt have to worry about $, then i would have done a destanation wedding, and still invited the same amound of people (around 130), paid for all their expenses.

I think that I would have a destination wedding. It would be in a beautiful resort on the beach. I would pay for our immediate family to go & close relatives.

or

I would get married at Oheka Castle.

or

Neither one and stay with Chateau La Mer!

Its a tough question that I think about sometimes.

i would have had the beachy wedding that i wanted and gone to the cresent! or if it wasnt for me and trying not to inconvience peple, i would have had it in ocean city, md and rented out seacrets!

I would have my beach theme that I wanted maybe at gurneys inn in montauk or somewhere like that ... I would still have it on a sunday during spring

I really like my hall and I think I would still be money conscious.. but if I could really have my dream wedding.. it would definitely be a destination wedding... And I would have picked our anniversary date instead.

i love my hall so i would def. still have it there. i would have it a different time of year though.. probably may or june and i would probably do it on a saturday.

I would absolutely keep it at my venue and the more I'm getting used to the idea of an afternoon wedding, the more I really like it. Westbury Manor is so beautiful outside and having an afternoon wedding means people can walk around outside and actually enjoy it - if it were at night I think you wouldn't get as much out of it!

I would definately keep my hall...it was my dream place to begin with! I would still keep it in december...love the decorations but definately change it to a saturday night at twilight!

CONGRATS NELLE!!!!!!!

i would definitely have my wedding at the ROYALTON!!! we love it so much!
the only thing i would change is i would make it the first saturday in december, b/c i would want christmas trees and a cute fur coat!!!!!!!!

I would fly all my close friends and family to DR and get married at St Stanislaus in Altos de Chavon its one of the first churches built on the island and its on a hill overlooking a beautiful town. Its in La Romana and theirs a nice resort called Casa de Campo there too...I would have my party there and have all our guests stay there....other than that if money were no object, I would stress less and not feel worried about getting what I want.

I really wanted to look at Oheka Castle but after hearing the prices decided not to even go look... so I guess I would have allowed myself to look... and if i loooved it would have come down to OHEKA or GIORGIOS... so I don't know if I would be having it at the same place or not???? but don't get me wrong I LOVE GIORGIOS and am thrilled to be having it there
