Good morning ladies.

Here is todays questions to ponder:

If money wasn't an object, whether you are paying or not, would you still be having your wedding at the place you booked? If not, where would you have it? Also, would it still be at the same time of year and day of the week?

I really wanted to look at Oheka Castle but after hearing the prices decided not to even go look... so I guess I would have allowed myself to look... and if i loooved it would have come down to OHEKA or GIORGIOS... so I don't know if I would be having it at the same place or not???? but don't get me wrong I LOVE GIORGIOS and am thrilled to be having it there

Thats what I said about VYC. I didn't even let myself go their as I was sure that I couldn't afford it. The pictures of that place are amazing!!

I love love love my reception hall but if money was NO object I would have it at Bonnet Island.

I haven't booked yet..but if money wasn't a problem..I'd be all over a destination wedding with the same amount of guests..I'd love to get married on a tropical island...maybe St. Lucia or on the French Polynesia...

I'd fly everyone down to one of those private tropical islands and just have a big ol' cookout with lots of snorkeling and free flowing booze.

But I bet FH would still be asking me to cut down the list no matter what. lol

I probably would still have had it at Villa Lombardi's but it would have been on a Sat. night.

i didnt book my RH yet, but I would probably have it at night instead of during the day, if money wasnt an option. I would love to do a destination wedding with all my guests and be able to pay for them...but thats not going to happen!

I would probably look at Oheka or Flowerfield if money wasnt an object...I do definitely love my hall though!

i'd have it @ gurney's and pay to have guests stay for the weekend. def would have the bonfire and clam bake for RD. i'd probably splurge on the lobster, raw bar and some of the cool extras you can add. i'd hire a coordinator for sure, so i wouldn't have to think about vendors and whatnot on the day of the wedding. we'd also take a really long, exotic honeymoon around europe or asia. knowing me, i'd probably have the place dripping with flowers/greenery, and some extra would go toward favors to give something people will really use/appreciate.

in the end, has to take priority for us.

but then again no, I love my place...i'd probably just add more stuff to my menu and have it on a saturday evening instead of in the afternoon

If I was Donald Trumps daughter and money was no object....... .
I would have it either somewhere on the beach either have everyone flown down to an island or have it on Long Island, would have to look at halls again and, on Halloween night. I love the fall and would love to throw the biggest halloween wedding!!!
Dont get me wrong I love my place but, when you say money is no object......I day dream.
