The North Ritz Club was the first and only venue we looked at. Me and FH fell in love with it right away !
We looked at 5. Thatched Cottage was the second, but I wasn't ready to commit. FH fell in love immediately, but I needed to shop around! Every other venue I saw didn't compare to the view and what TC offered us. I kept picturing myself taking pictures there and it just felt like it was OUR place. We went back and booked!
We looked at 15... yes, FIFTEEN, venues!!! I wanted to really make sure I was making the right choice... funny thing is, Thatched Cottage was only the 3rd one we looked at!

We saw 34 venues before we chose!!! I'm super picky and had a specific vision in my head, and even after I found the venue we wanted, I had to see about 6 more to make sure I chose the right one!!
and my wonderful fiance came to every venue with me!!!
I just posted on another thread that my whole vision of what I wanted just isn't going to be because I've added it up & it will be like $60K and I just cant do that. So now I am so discouraged and starting back at square one. I wish I just found 'the one' already.
We fell in love with the first venue we looked at. We also looked at a house before we started the 'venue' route that we loved as well, but the owner was a.... not a nice person.. for lack of better word :)
