QOTD 1/18/10

Hello ladies!! I am so honored to be the BOTW!! I have to worn you I just moved in with FH so we dont have internet yet or a comp lol but hopefully soon we will get one!! I will try my best to post the questions everyday but prob will have to post them at night when I go to my parents house!

So anyway since I just moved in with FH I think the question should be

What is the one thing that is different when you and FH moved in together? And if you dont live with FH what is something your worried about when you do move in?

It still hasn't hit me that I live with him but one thing I have to get use to is not having dinner made for me I cant cook but I guess I will have to learn!

We don't live together now but we used to 'play house' when I had my apartment - so I know the one thing I will have to get used to is all of his STUFF.

He is a first grade teacher so he constantly has papers and things just every where. Be it grading or crafts he has to put together - it drives me nuts LOL.

Main reason we need to have an office just for all of his teacher things.

Not livin together yet .. but my FH is a lil messy and Im a complete neat freak... that will def be an adjustment...

haha I am a teacher too and that is what drives my FH nuts! We have a second bedroom I said I can not wait to turn that into my office!!!

When we first moved in together, I had to get used to how loud he watches TV and he is a great cook but a messy one LOL
I had to adjust to not living at home which was a huge difference but I think that moviing in together was great because some of the things that used to bother me when we didnt live together were resolved and that was a great thing!

hmmm we dont live together yet but Im worried about all the stuff we both have. This summer we have to get orgainzied and get rid of alot of stuff. But other then that FH is a little more tidey sometimes then I am. So Im afraid he will yell at me

lol I have/had a ton of stuff the past 2 weeks I was throwing out a garbage bag of junk a day. I never realized how much I had!

I already know how much I have Im so bad sometimes at getting rid of stuff. My closet is insane right now so thats the first spot i need to start. I really want to have a yard sale so I can make some $$$$ for the wedding

One thing thats different is I became very lazy! lol. I know it sounds so bad but here me out! When i didnt live with FH, I used to cook and clean to help out. But now, FH doesnt get home from work until around 8pm. He has the only car so in that time when i get off at 5, I'm usually at my moms. (I work with my sister, so she just takes me there when we get out). So by the time he picks me up, and we get home its 9pm. At that point i dont want to cook or clean because I'm already exhausted from doing that at my moms. (small price to pay for them paying for part of the wedding.) AND I have to be up at 6 the next morning to go back to work. AND I refuse to have to do all the work when he just kicks back and plays video games.

Well, we don't live together, but when FH moved into his apt we set it up together. The one thing I remember is that there were ridiculous power struggles over stupid things. We had a BLOWOUT over where to put the spare towels..LOL

We don't live together so I guess I'm worried about everything!! Missing my parents would be number 1 since I'm an only child...second thing would be my fiance installing his tv habits. I don't watch tv but he always has the tv on so I'm worried ill get lazyyyyy lol

One thing i'm worried about is my FH is very messy. Im not a neat freak but I do fold up my cloths when I get home and stuff. He has a chair in his room thats his unofficial closet!

We don't live together,but the one things I am worried about when we do is having to share my bed (right now I have a queen all to myself) and having to deal with him NEVER putting the toilet seat down.

Honestly not much has changed since FH and I moved in together. I got a little bit of a taste of what it would be like to live with him when he was living in the basement apartment of his brother's house (I used to stay there a lot so I didn't have to keep going back and forth over the bridge). I knew he was a bit of a slob and that he isn't one to do the cooking (though he tries sometimes).

One thing that INFURIATES me is when he shaves his face. The sink in the bathroom will be caked in hair that for some reason he refuses to clean and when he does clean it after me nagging, it's still not very clean at all and that's when I step in with my Fantastic , gloves and sponge. I can tolerate a little mess in certain areas of the house (some clothes on the bedroom floor, maybe random stuff lying around the living room) but 2 places have to be prestine at all times and that is the bathroom and the kitchen. If either one is dirty I can't take it. LOL

not much changed when we moved in together... FH was always staying here anyway! LOL but seriously he leaves plastic cups EVERYWHERE!!!!

We don't live together but I think what I'm mostly concerned with is FH's snoring (which makes it hard for me to sleep sometimes when we're on vacation) and the fact that he plays the electric guitar a lot. I love that FH is very talented and loves music, but he likes to play really loud and it can get on my nerves after a while. However, I cannot wait until we live together!!!

we've been together so long that nothing was really a surprise when we moved in together...the only thing i was worried about is that he is insaneeeeelyyyyyyy neat and I get a lil messy sometimes...I thought he'd get on my case about it, but everything has been great! I love living together - it really is the best. I guess the one thing that did change is that I expanded the list of things I can cook. There was no way we'd be ordering out all the time, so it was a matter of necessity, but I really enjoy learning how to make new things
