Just recently, my schedule has went from no work and lots of free time to crazy schedule, waking up really early, and having little free time. One thing that gets me through it really is my FH! Especially the little things I look forward to with him. Since we began dating, we've always had little 'traditions' in our relationship that I can always count on. These are things we started doing in the beginning of our relationship and it never really died down.
What kinds of traditions do you and FH have?
For me, I love that we eat dinner together, no matter what time it is. We always sync it up to our schedules. We almost always go food shopping together (sounds so stupid!) but it makes an everyday task really fun. We like to have at least one lazy morning on the weekend without any distractions (tv, phone, computer), where we either lay in bed for a few hours together or even a few minutes if we have a busy weekend. And finally, we pretty much always go to sleep together. These things definitely make me happiest I can count on, and none really cost money!!! Lol!

We have dinner every night and we do shopping together. I think we kind of just do everything together.

We also go food shopping together, we eat dinner togehter pretty much every night. Once in awhile we go shopping togehter, we don't need to buy but it's just a day out for us to spend togehter.

Since FH and I are in a LDR, we don't have the luxury of having dinner 'together'. However, we've found that skype calls while we eat our respective dinners seem to be a good replacement. When we are under the same roof, we do meals and grocery shopping together. The half hour before bed is always reserved for talking to each other--whether it be by phone or in person. Despite all the texting/talking we do during the day, the last half hour is what I look forward to every day.

Dinner is a given for us each night. Every weekend he makes me breakfast and we spend a few hours relaxing, cooking and spending quality time together. We used to go out to a nice dinner at least once a month but we gave that up when we started the wedding fund :( We try every now and then to still treat ourselves.

We go food shopping together & eat dinner together whenever we cook. We also have the 'whoever cooks, doesn't clean rule' so if I cook, he usually does the dishes and if he cooks (usually breakfast lol), I do the dishes for him. We don't live together but we always kiss each other before we go to sleep & before we leave the house (if we stay over near each other).

iknow its stupid but we have 'our' shows even when he has band practice and is home late i still cant watch certain things without him.
and every morning after i get ready for work i have 20 mins free so i jump back in bed and we kinda 'cuddle' lol

Everynight we always take our dog for a walk together even if its just for 5minutes. :)

Since we don't live together, we make it a tradition to spend the entire weekend together. I go to his apartment Fridays after work and stay until Monday and commute from his apartment to work.
