For those who dont have joint account with FH as of yet, Do you plan to get a joint savings account with your significant other?

I worked at a bank and I have seen so many issues with both separate and joint accounts.
FH and I are going to sit down and discuss this. We're more than likely going to have a joint account and also have separate accounts for 'rainy day funds'

We live together and since then everything is ours. We have a joint ING saving account. My money is his; his money is mine.

FH and I keep everything separate and I would like it to stay that way. Not because he is bad with money or anything. I just prefer it that way as does FH. We live separately now. When we live together the bills will be split down the middle and each person responsible for their half.

since we own a house, we have joint checking and savings, but we still have our own checking and savings and we have an ING that we are saving for the wedding...
