~QOTD 1/21/10~~

Good morning ladies!! Happy Thursday!!! Since today is FH's birthday Happy bday to him!! I figured I would ask a question about birthdays...

If money wasn't an issue what would you get FH for his birthday? Or what would you like for yours?

My parents always did something special for the big birthdays. So when I met FH I decided to do the same. Usually we spend the weekend in the city and I plan all these great things to do!! Last year was his 25 so I figured I would change it up a bit and I took him to dive with the sharks and then to a hockey game that night. But money is tight this year and with the wedding and just moving in I feel bad not getting him anything. I payed his car payment but I feel like I have to give him something...

If money were no object.....I'd get him the watch he wants (Omega planet ocean).

If money wasn't an option i would 'hook' up his car the way he really wants it. FH is a huge car fanatic and competes in car shows and loves that hobby (which is really expensive).

I would get him his pickup truck that he always says he wants to get but just can't afford right now. Honestly for him, with all the side work he gets (he installs/repairs wood floors), it would actually be a good investment for him to have one. And, for the casual driving days, I would buy him his Mini Coop (on of our GM's just got one recently and now FH wants one more than ever... I have to say, it's a pretty hot ride!)

Probably season tickets to the Yankees - some kind of weekend package where I know he would be able to go to the games.

Also - this would be a gift for me

If money were no object, I'd get my FH the car he wants.

For my birthday, I'd want a whole new wardrobe!

my FH would LOVEEEE season tickets to the Yankees!!!! Good idea!!!

for me, I'd love a mini-vaca or a trip to the spa

first of all Happy Birthday to your FH!

If money no were no object...I'd pay for a new lawyer and fight so he can gain full custody of his daughter. Because I know even though he wants a new car and a new appartment, I know above all else all he wants is custody of her.

For me, I'd love to have a lot of dogs. Hehe. No new wardrobe, no trips, just dogs... A lot of property to go with the dogs!!!

I would have to say the same...if $ wasnt an issue...i would get him a motorcycle...even though they are super dangerous...he wants one so badly....and well i dont think i'd mind riding on the back
