Merry Christmas! Sorry I am posting this late. We got up and opened presents with FH's kids...shuffled them out the door (poor kids couldnt even play with any of their new toys) so they could get to their mom's on time...and then I had to head to my parents. I am just getting a second to sit down. I hope you are all enjoying xmas!
So today's question...did anyone get a gift from FH that they dont love? How did you handle it?
I got these candles from FH. He was so excited about them...and I sort of think they are ugly I know he put a lot of effort and money into them...so I am pretending I love them

He has always gotten me presents that I love...This year he surprised me with tickets to go see Hedda Gabler on broadway, it was so unexpected!! He has always gotten me what I wanted and things I didnt realize I needed.

no never!! they keep getting better with the years!! i got a pair of Frye Boots and 2 dresses from Betsey Johnson!!! i am wearing one dress for the TWOTY!! yay!
I got the office dvds season 1-4. Last year he got me these cable zip hoodies from the gap which were WAY too big, and ugley. I told him I hated them and I cried! Lol

I just got home and took another look at the candles...they arent as bad as I thought. I feel bad that I was even disappointed at first. I think this year is just different b/c we went small...and I am so used to getting elaborate gifts from him. I was being a baby : (

I never disliked anything he gave me. He pretty much knows what I like. Now my mother.... she is a different story. I pretty much hate everything she gives me.

fh bought me some nintendo ds games that r really for kids. r u smarter then a 5th grader, dancing with the stars and some other onse. but i didn't say anything to him about it. at leaset he tried but i did get other stuff that was great. so i guess i will stay with the games and not say anything.
