QOTD 12/26

Where was the best wedding you have ever attended?

Mine is a tie between Jericho Terrace and Lands End. Jericho Terrace isnt my style, but the food and service was amazing. Lands End is one of my favorite RHs. I love the decor, the location...and the food and service was sooo good. I might have booked there if my good friend didnt get married there...I wanted something different

i have only been to 2 weddings so far on long island....Captain Bills (AKA Bayview House) and Lombardi's on the Sound....both were really nice and great food. Lombardi's on the sound had ridiculous amounts of food though...it was nuts!

I have only been to one wedding, it was at Jericho Terrace. The food was good and the wait staff was really nice. Their wedding was very extravagent, like it cost $100,000 not including honeymoon and extras extravagent...

too bad the couple got divorced a few months later...lol

On Long Island, i'd say Lands End. I've been to two wedding there and I loved it. Another was my brother's wedding. He had it in Quichee and Woodstock, Vermont. It is absolutely beautiful there. The place he got married at was just featured in Modern Bride this past month.

the best wedding on LI that i've been to was my brother's. it was at fox hollow. the place was nice and there was a ton of food, but I think it was the people that were at the wedding that made it so much fun.

Went to a few at Westbury Manor....great place!! My parents have been to Crest Hollow....and loved it!!!

Definately my friend at Crest Hollow- The amount of food they had was unbelievable. They went over the top and had everything!!!

the best wedding i have ever attended to date was at the rainbow room. its in Manhattan at Rockefeller plaza. i can not even imagine how much it cost but it was the most amazing wedding i have ever been to.

oh boy... i have been to a trillion weddings. i have been to Jericho Terrace - excellent place!! i have been to fox hollow 3 times... i have been to crest hollow 7 times (3 of them were actually christmas parties)... i have been to the watermill... chateu le mer... crescent beach club... imperial manor... john anthony's (now the venetian yact club). im sure i'm missing a few... but those are the ones i can remember

my 2 favorites were...

flowerfield. i knew no one, as it was Jackie's parents childhood friends. i had so much fun at this wedding because the venue was so awesome. anyone that has been to flowerfield... you know what i'm talking about

but the best wedding i have ever attended was at floral terrace. my best friend married my other best friend. i was the best man. it was the funnest wedding i have ever been to because being the best man makes you feel like a celebrity. lol. besides, my 2 best friends were getting married, and my speech was equally directed toward BOTH of them... where normally the best man speech is for the groom, and only a little toward the bride. in this case, im actually closer with the bride then i was the groom.

The only wedding that I have been to on the island was at Westbury Manor last summer but my favorite was the destination wedding went to in Aruba last May!!!

hmm best wedding probably my friends wedding at milleridge during xmas a few years ago...the food was yummy, the dj great (it was the dj we are now using), and the decorations for the holidays amazing

i have 2 favorites.

one was my brother's wedding at crescent beach club. it was my brother and i was in the bridal party so i knew almost everyone there and i just had such a blast, i dont think i sat down at all.

2nd was my best friend's wedding at Floral Terrace. Again it was my best friend and i was in the bridal party so it just makes the wedding that much more fun. i loved the place and the food. it was a good time
