HAPPY HUMP DAY LADiES!! We're almost in OUR year!!!

Have you ever been married before or come close to it? Was there another guy before FH that you thought was 'the one'?

We met my first month at this company. I prolonged the break-up longer than I should have b/c we working and living together but at a certain point, I decided awkwardness and office gossip was be better than the h*ll I was living in! He wanted to leave the company afterwards but the market (and because he's an obnoxious snob) wasn't good for making any moves. We just run in totally different circles--all my work friends hate him and I'm sure his friends hate me!

We got promoted together last year and had to sit together at the celebratory dinner. THAT was the worst.

Before FH I dated my ex for 5 yrs and NEVER thought he was the one....marriage never entered my vocabulary until I met fh!!!!!

never married - I have had a few serious relationships that 'the talk' came up but I knew nothing would ever com of those relationships.

nope. only talk about marriage was with the 'fall back' guy...who since i became serious with FH barely talks to me now

boy am i happy i met FH!!!

No way. My 1st bf who I was with for awhile said he thought about buying a ring cuz his parents were asking about it.

Then my LAST bf actually said he did buy a ring but didn't get a chance to ask me before we broke up.

I believe both were lying just to make me feel guilty and go back to them, which I didn't lol.

When I was younger I thought every guy I dated was the one this is my 5 proposal and FH is the only one that I said yes too. I have so happy and lucky that I turned down those other guys and waited for my perfect match.

My ex and I talked about getting engaged. Thank God, it didnt happen. I know I would have been living a very miserable life for sure!!

not really close..... I did think that my ex was 'the one', but now looking back i dont know how i could have ever thought that!!! I guess sometimes things really do work out for the best!

My BF before FH was a guy I was with from 17-23 on and off. Of course since we were together for all those years, I thought about it. But, I always thought if we would have gotten married, we'd get a divorce. We just weren;t right for each other. We had a bumpy relationship with many breakups, and dating other people when we broke up. It was just messy and not right.

So, I thought about marriage, but I think I always knew it just wasn't right. It's a TOTALLY new feeling with FH.

Never been married but I was with my ex for over 4 years and we talked about getting engaged. We were both young when we started dating so I definitely thought he was the one but growing older made me realize how different we were.

Nope, was never married or engaged before. I was with my ex-bf for 5.5 years before FH and we were together since I was 15. He always talked about getting engaged and I kept telling him I was too young and not ready - I did not see us getting married - he was older than me by 3 years but so immature. I am so happy I woke up and ended things with him.

But here's the kicker - my sister's husband and my ex are brothers. Yeah, talk about awkward. My ex still calls me to this day and we've been broken up for 6 years and I haven't picked up the phone or spoken to him anytime he has called.

I love my FH, he is the most amazing man and can't imagine my life with anyone else. :)
