QOTD 1.27.12

Happy Friday!

Since we're a week away from the Super Bowl, I'd like to ask about sports teams you and your FH root for. Do you guys enjoy going to sporting events together, or are sports something that neither of you are interested in?

FH HATES all sports unless they're being played on his XBox or PS3. I on the other hand love sports, especially the Mets!!! (yeah I know, I'm probably outnumbered by Yankees fans)FH will not go to games with me, so I have to go with friends. I hope someday he changes his mind

We are Yankees/Giants fans. We also watching boxing together. We have gone to Yankee games together and plan on going to a boxing match together.

FH & I love attending sporting event!! We are big Yankee fans and we also root for the Jets & Giants. GO GIANTS!!!

Both of us are not really sports fans, but I grew up in a Ranger House so I will always root for the Rangers and since my dad has season tickets FH and I go often when my dad can't go. I love going to Rangers games at MSG but we don't usually watch sports on TV

FH loves most sports. He is really into football, baseball, basketball, hockey and golf. We enjoy going to sporting events together even though we are not fans of the same teams.

FH is a Jets/ Islanders/Mets fan. I am a Giants/Rangers/Yankees fan. It makes things interesting.

FI is british so he loves football or what we call 'soccer' and rugby.

I'll catch a bit of soccer sometimes when he asks me to watch just because the guys have excellent bodies. They are very fit!! I'm not really a sports fan anymore.

Yankees/Giants/Rangers...

FH is addicted to sports so we watch together until I get sick of it. And when he gets tickets I tell him to invite the boys instead bc he will have more fun with them. : )

We are both Giants/Rangers fan. As for baseball FH is a Mets fan and i am a Yankee fan...keeps it fun

FH and I are rivals and I love that!! He's a HUGE Jets fan and I root for the Pats. I don't really follow anything else, but I always root for Boston teams. He likes the Mets so we go to the games sometimes, but I'm not a huge fan.

We are both huge sports fans.... We both LOVE LOVE LOVE the Mets and we are both Eagles fans (I was not really a football fan before I met him so I inherited the team).

I am very into Syracuse Basketball but he really isnt!

I think its common knowledge that we are HUGE football fans, especially the Jets.

We will be rooting for the Giants in the superbowl though!

We are both big sports fans. Football is our fave though. We root for the Jets, go to training camp & misc. Jets events every year!
Baseball: We don't get along, he's a Met and I'm a Yankee
We agree on hockey, GO Rangers!

We are both huge Yankees fans & go to a bunch of games a season & take a weekend trip to Camden Yards in Baltimore to see them play there too.

FH is a HUGE Giants fan & we have gone to 2 games together to see them. I really don't watch football.

FH continuously watches ESPN but no other sports other than baseball & football do we pay attention too.

We have a rivalry in our household with 2 of 3 major sports we watch. I am. Ranger fan he is a Sabres fan. I am a Giants fan he is a Bill fan. We both love the Yankees.

I can't watch as much sports as he watches so I was a few games with him once in awhile but he spends a lot of time in his 'man cave'

We both watch the Giants & that's about it for the teams we have in common.

Baseball - I'm a diehard Yankees fan & he's a diehard Mets fan. It's not pretty lol.

Basketball- he likes the Knicks & I couldn't care less about the sport

Hockey - he likes the Islanders & I'm a Rangers fan (b/c I was brought up in a Rangers house) but wouldn't call myself a diehard.

We have team rivalries for almost all sports but hockey. I am a huge hockey fan and we both root for the Islander's.( sadly lol)

As far as baseball, I am a Yankees fan, he is a Mets fan

Football- Jets for me, Giants for him

We don't agree on much when it comes to sports
