I just notice that I haven't answer my own question
we are spending alot on the photographer
we are cutting corner on videographer (we not having one) Limo, only one way to the RH, centerpieces (my mom is creating something, dress (I got a great deal and my aunts are making my veil)

Our splurge was the hall...a bit more expensive then we really should have spent. Our cutting corners is limos....we aren't getting them. I am going to get ready at the hall and FH will get ready at the hotel near it, so he'll just take the shuttle over.

That really is perfect, im so happy for you guys that are able to do that! I really never even thought of that...but mine and FH's family are very catholic and we both wanted to get married at a church.

Thats so special when someone makes something for you...someone is making the ring bearer pillow for me Im so excited because that is so special to me.

Splurge --- Honeymoon
Cut corners --- Invitations

So far........we are trying to be as budget friendly as possible.

Saving Flowers b/c the owner is a friend of the family's.

Splurging def hair & make up.

We splurged on the photography

We're planning to cut corners on the transportation (limos) by driving ourselves there...thats free...i like free. We're getting married at the RH and taking pics before the ceremony so really no need for them

Splurges - RH (VYC), Honeymoon (Tahiti) and the photographer (hopefully AG) - I may also splurge on FH's wedding present but I might give it to him as an engagement present

Cutting Corners on Flowers, Limos and Invites

We're splurging on the photographer. I wanted to splurge on the videographer, but FH overruled me on that one.

I'm basically cutting corners on everything else:

Since I'm only having a MOH and I'm not doing a bo-k toss, I only have to purchase two bo-k's. I'm not having CP's. We're having one limo just for us...everyone else is on their own. Invitations I'm getting online. And I'm not going crazy on favors.

I splurged on the photographer
and cut corners on alot......invitations $27 for 100 of them.

Definitely cutting back on invites and flowers because I dont give a rats arse about either of those really.

Probably splurging on our RH...the one I want is over our budget but if we cut other places then we could be OK...

I feel like I am splurging on everything even when its the average cost..weddings cost wayyy too much!! lolz. I don't mind spending a little extra for photography because I love pictures and I know for sure i'll look at them over the years...and I might splurge and get a photo booth

Hopefully I can cut some costs when it comes to flowers..I don't want to spend over $1000..I'm even considering artificial...
