**QOTD 2/23/2014**

Hi ladies,

I am so excited to have the honor of being this week's BOTW. Thanks again, Christine! I really enjoyed reading all of your questions this week, you really came up with some good ones!

My first QOTD is directed towards our ohhh soo important BACHELORETTE Parties!!!

I was out with my MOH on Saturday night and we got onto the subject of my Bachelorette party. My MOH wants to throw me a party either in the City or AC with Champagne, fancy dresses, and the dreaded STRIPPERS. AHH! I am not into the whole stripper thing. I have nothing against it... but they are just not my thing. I have been to Bach parties for my friends with strippers and while yes they are fun and make you die laughing, I am not the type to want them at my party. My FH definitely doesn't want me to have strippers either (and vise versa!! lol). I want just a night out with my girls, fancy drinks, fancy dresses, and lots of dancing! Nothing super crazy. My MOH thinks I am being a Debbie Downer haha!

So..my question for you girls is what kind of bachelorette parties will you be having? Crazy stripper parties? Or just a night out with your girls?

Ha! I am thinking an Atlantic City Weekend for my bachelorette. It should be interesting because my MOH is my cousin who is also my best friend. One of my other good friends who is one of my bridesmaids does not get along with my cousin.... Im dreading that. But what Im looking for is fancy dress up in pretty dresses and go party followed along by a spa day.. NOOOO STRIPPERS or Penis anywhere. :)

It should be fun... We have some time to plan this :)

omg my friends and I are all crazy especially my MOH who is my sister and we all already have everything planned for next year lol... so in July we are going to AC for an exteneded weekend to hang out on the beach,go to a male strip club one night another night regular club with one of those vip tables and hopefully alotta sloppy drunken dancing, pole dancing classes somewhere in between and to end things off with a relaxing spa party after an insanly drunken weekend lol

I agree with you! Just want a fun weekend with my girls! I am hoping for a nice dinner out all dressed up, with some drinking and dancing! I also definitely want to so a spa day too!

I'm hoping for it to be a surprise and knowing my MOH there will be no strippers, which I am totally okay with. I keep throwing ideas at her, some include naked men, but not strippers (The Artful Bachelorette, Naked Men Singing which is an off broadway play). I've also mentioned wineries, comedy club or a Paint and Sip class. Whatever it is it will be pretty tame knowing out group.. Just a nice girls night out!

I told my sister I do not want any strippers. We all went to Hunk O Mania in the city for a friends bachelorette party and It was fun but not something I would want. I really would love a girls weekend at Foxwoods for some drinks, gambling and dancing at club Shrine. AC sounds like fun too.

I kinda wanted to go to lips or lucky Chang's in the city, but id also like to go to a strip club but I heard the one in the city is kinda bad. Idont mind strippers but I don't know that I want my own private one. A show is different. My maid and matron of honor want to plan something like a pole dancing class for the bridal party. But I think I want to be surprised!

Although I'm not getting married until next January we are doing the bachelorette party this July. I told my cousin all that I want is sun/beach (hence July), dancing and drinking... So Fire Island it is!!! She's actually planning it for my b-day weekend so it'll be two events in one weekend.

And I agree no strippers and I really don't want FH to be around strippers as I know the kinds of things that go on there and IF there were to be strippers (which I really really hope there aren't) I don't want to ever know about it...

I am sure my FH will have strippers at his bachelor party!! Seems to be the thing they all did for his brothers weddings and their close friends.

HAHA! Wow! Sounds look a good time! This is right up my MOHs alley! She wants craziness from beginning to end. I like the idea of the pole dancing, maybe I will mention that to her. I'm sure that would be tons fun!!

I agree with you ladies, something in AC or Foxwoods to gamble, drink & get all dressed up. I'd LOVE to go away but that probably won't happen. As for strippers, I'd rather not but sometimes the things you dont expect end up being fun so I will leave it up to my girls.
