Are you planning to be involved in the planning of your bachelorette party & bridal shower?

I definitely want to be involved. I like being able to have input on such important festivities that relate to my wedding. I won't know everything but I will be able to have input. My bachelorette I definitely have the most input in and my bridal shower my mom said she won't share everything with me but in terms of location/favors/date I will have a say so. I think it is so exciting and I am excited to be a part of it!

I will probably be involved in ideas for my bachelorette party!! My shower I am leaving up to my MOH and mom they are great party planners! I may want to know the date so I am dressed tho!

I just had this discussion with my mom about my shower. I want it to be a surprise. So whatever she wants is fine with me. As for my bachelorette party I trust my bridal party to plan something I'll love.

I don't want to be involved with the shower because I love surprises! I just told my mom I want it to be girls & to be a tea party! As for the bachelorette party I don't want to be involved either. My sister (MOH) knows I don't want it to be crazy & not too expensive for my girls. The wedding is enough for me to plan, let them have the shower & bachelorette party. I'm too neurotic with details I'd drive them & myself crazy haha

I don't want to be involved in any of it!!! The only thing I do know, which i told my MOH and mom that I want my shower at Milk and Sugar in Bayshore and they better book asap before they fill up for 2014! lol Thats the only thing I want/ care about!!! :) other than that- doesn't matter to me!!

I'm a control freak, so I'd LIKE to be part of the planning, but I have a feeling my bridal party won't let me, because they KNOW how much of a control freak I am, and they want me to just be able to enjoy myself. LOL

But luckily, I know they have wonderful taste, so I trust them

I want to be semi-involved. I've told my BP what I want for my bachelorette party (dinner/dancing followed by a day at the spa) and I told my mom and MOH where I want my shower to be (which if I go there I HAVE to dress pretty). I've also instructed my MOH to make SURE my mom involved my FMIL!!


Other than that... I'm good. All the detail stuff for that my BP and Mom and FMIL to do :)

I hope to be pretty involved in any bachelorette festivities because I am pretty certain of what I would like to do and NOT do. The most I am doing for my shower is handing my mom and MOH my wedding guest list and letting them pick from there. I am too much of a control freak to know ANYTHING bc then I will want it my way lol.

I'll throw hints here and there about what I'd like to happen at both my shower and Bachelorette party, but won't be planning them. I trust my mom, sister, FMIL and BMs to do the right thing ;)

My girlfriends are planning the whole wknd after Thanksgiving in AC for my bachelorette , so since there is a lot involved I will be helping with that.
As for my shower, I want to be totally surprised. I'll drop hints here and there too, but I don't want to have any idea when it's going to be. I'll give my dress that I'd like to wear to my shower to my MOH so I have something to change into when I get there. We did this for my cousins shower and she was totally shocked!

I will definitely be involved in planning my bachelorette party, I think my friends would need some help since we can be so stinkin' indecisive!

Depending on where I'm working next year, I will know the date/time of my shower but that's about it. I'm definitely giving my mom input (like that I want a brunch) but don't want to know where it is, favors, etc.

I think my girls know me well enough where i trust them to do whatever for my bridal shower and bachelorette I have already told them cause I have been to some really lame ones lately that if they do anything like that I will redo my own lol.

I would like to be involved in the planning of my bridal shower, but I have a feeling my bridesmaids/mom/FMIL will tell me that they have everything under control. I at least want to know the date!

As for the bachelorette party, I was thinking Ocean City or Fire Island would be fun. But, my wedding date is the day before Memorial Day and it is much better to go to both of those places once the summer really begins. I want to brainstorm some ideas with my girls, and then they'll probably take it from there.
