My FIRST QOTD!!!!!! Thanks again to Kristen for passing the tiara on to me!!!!!!

So for today's QOTD.....I'll keep it simple, as I didn't go to bed until 4am and woke up about 20 minutes ago...

FH's question is the following: Why doesn't the BOTW title come with a cash prize., he should take up with Ron and Kim!!!! As for me, here goes nothing.....what is it about your reception hall that made you look at FH and say THIS IS THE PLACE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

When we went to GCH for my parent's 25th anniversary we went upstairs looked at the room and said wow!!!!! this place is amazing, and after tasting the food, we knew it was IT!!!!!!!!! And although it's going to be a completely different look than my parent's party we know it's the best place for us. Okay ladies tell me what you think!!!!!

The first thing we noticed was the attention to every little detail our BM paid to EVERYTHING in his presentation. He knew the menu--and all intimate details of the food--without looking!

Also, we were just simply taken by the simplicity and ELEGANCE of everything around us. We loved how everybody at the wedding will be seating adjacent to the dance floor--nobody stuffed in a corner.

We loved the location and the fact that it's one wedding at a time (which was one of my requirements) - then the food sealed the deal!

Also, I love that it's french service!

We walked in and just loved the look of EVERYTHING at the NRC - the marble dance floor, the staircase as you walk through the front door, and the lovely ceiling (I had a BIG thing about ceilings - I didn't want to pay thousands of dollars for a crappy looking ceiling). We walked in and had the same feeling we had when we walked into the apartment we later bought - we felt like we were home.
