Good morning! I hope everyone is having a happy Thursday!

Last night, I went to see The Vow with a few girlfriends. It was a very cute and romantic movie. Have you watched it yet?

Of course I cried, I always cry at these types of movies. I am such a sucker for romantic movies. This past Sunday I had a Nicholas Sparks crying movie marathon. I watched The Notebook, The Last Song and Dear John. You need a good cry every now and again.

Here’s our QOTD:

What is your favorite “crying” movie to watch?

I have 2 movies that get me every time – The Notebook and Steel Magnolias, with Julia Roberts and Sally Field.

FH doesn’t understand it though. Every time he sees me watching a “crying” movie, he leaves the room immediately.

I wish I could give one, but I am a CC - (Chronic Crier<---[spelling]) spelling? if there is a slightly sad part in a movie I cry. I cried hysterically at ET the other night



That was the one movie my father cried to!!! But he would never admit it and if anyone ever brings it up, he says that movie was stupid. Hahaha

Have you read the book? I started crying on page 2 and didn't stop until halfway thru the book. SOOO Sad! I didn't really enjoy the movie, because of the differences from the book.

I'm not a movie crier.... but I did cry at the end of The Notebook when I first saw it. It still gives me chills.


Oh and I cried when I read The Five People You Meet In Heaven.


I cried like a baby when I read The Five People You Meet in heaven! It was a good book.

I CANT TAKE those movies!! Pluas I cry at everythign else too. I cry for happy, sad, funny..I'm just a crier! FH thinks its hilarious!

Time Travelers Wife
The Last Song
The Notebook
A Walk to Remember
** basically anything Nicholas Sparks lol

I never really cried during movies but I am Sam, Time Travelers Wife, Last Song and A Walk to Remember stand out. (But basically all Nicholas Sparks movies get me teary eyed.)

Love Actually. Mostly because it's the only movie I cry during haha but it's soooo good :)

No i didnt. Maybe I should! I have been feeling empty inside since I finished Hunger Games. haha

I hate movies that make me cry so I rarely watch them, but I do cry during A Walk to Remember and The Notebook. I cry a lot during books - which drives my FH CRAZY! I'll just sit there and read quietly and start crying, he looks over like ***?!

I love both of those movies but I never cried for either of them. Maybe a lil teary for Steel Magnolias lol


This! I cry all the time when watching things tho, Justin just looks at me and laughs!

I'm a crier too. Besides the other movies mentioned, Ghost and Lion King always get me.

Love this movie! I'm sure I cried. Didn't know it was a book.. going to have to check that out one day.

The notebook!!! Romantic flick!
But I've cried at drama also' for colored girls' 'the help'the list goes on.

I cry pretty easily. I'm such a baby. I remember watching Forrest Gump for the 1st time and bawling. Atonement gets me too. Not sure if anyone has seen Locked Up Abroad on Nat Geo, but this one episode got me. A couple was kidnapped in the Philippines and they were with their abductors for about a year traveling through the jungles of the Philippines. Finally they were rescued, but her husband was killed in the process. I couldn't imagine going through something like that then on the last day your spouse is killed. Definitely killed for a while after watching that.

I cried so easily that my list is incredibly long including all the movies that were mentioned before I also cry during Armagedeon(way before I should because I know whats coming lol), the passion of the christ, 9/11, rent and so many more that I have gotten to the point where even if it is good I dont watch a movie that I know I will cry during because I cry for a long time lol. GOOD QUESTION!!!

I forgot to add this to my list earlier. I love Sarafina and it is also a very sad movie.
