QOTD 2/20

Good morning ladies , I hope that everyone had a great nite ......todays qotd is .....What traditional things are you incorporating into your wedding day and then what non-traditional things will you be having ?????




Traditional: I will be throwing the bouquet , doing the garder thing and I will not be seeing or talking to fh from the nite b4 till i see him at the altar ......

Untraditional: I will be having 3 MOH's instead of 1
Im def trying to keep my wedding on the more traditional side

Hmmm.....Traditional- Dad walking me down the aisle, the dances, and cake cutting.
Untraditional- Seeing groom before, having a cocktail style reception (stations of food around the room)
That's all I can think of for now.

I thought I was the only person thinking about having 3 MOH's. Glad to know I'm not the only one.

Traditional:
1st dance
Bouquet/garter toss
Cutting the Cake
White /Ivory dress
The whole new,blue,old and barrowed

Non-traditional:
Seeing him before the ceremony

Having my son walk me down the isle, my father has passed

I'm doing a mother/son dance and daughter/mother as well

Having my Uncle marry us

Traditonal: Daddy walking me down the aisle.

Non Traditional: I think I am eliminating the boquet toss.

Oh yea, Traditional- something old, new, borrowed, blue...
Untraditional- no garter bouquet toss

traditional: not seeing FH until the walk down the aisle, garter and boK toss, all of the dances, and cake cutting.

nontraditional: no tuxes, and a rock and roll first dance... hmm, i guess that's it!

Tradititional will be the garter and bouquet toss, cake cutting, dances, not speaking or seeing husband until I walk down the aisle.

Untraditional will be walking down the aisle with both mom & dad and having an uneven number of bridesmaids and groomsmen!

Traditional: Not seeing FH until I walk down the aisle.

Nontraditional: Having mom & Dad walk me down the aisle

Traditional: pretty much everything

Non-Traditional: Mom walking me down the aisle
Having more than 1MOH

Traditional:
cake cutting
dancing with dad
first dance
something old, new, borrowed, blue

Non Traditional:
No garter/bouquet toss
mom and dad walking me down the aise
Seeing FH before the ceremony
no group dances(YMCA ...)

Traditional - pretty much EVERYTHING
cake cutting
dancing with dad
first dance
something old, new, borrowed, blue
garter/bouquet toss
dad walking me down the aise
NOT seeing FH before the ceremony
Big whiteish Dress
Not going to my cocktail hour
Even number of attendants
thats all i can think of right now but i'm sure theres more.




Non-Traditional - No limos
No church
No receiving line

Traditional:
Garter/Bo-K Toss
Dad walking me down the aisle
Son/Mother & Father/Daughter Dances
Something bored, something new etc.
Wearing White

Non Traditional:
Not getting married in a church
Not going to walk in with that stupid house music playing
Not weiring a veil
3 MOH's

Traditional: Dad walkiing me down.. all the traditional dances, wearing white, not seeing FH beforehand

Nontraditional: a lot more BM's than GM's, a dance for me and my mommy

LOL half my reception music will be house music... wohooooo

Traditional: bouquet and the garter thing. im having 1 maid of honor and 6 bridesmaid

Untraditional: we r seeing each other and takin pics b4 the ceremony

Traditional: Dad walking me down aisle

Non: EVERYTHING else! LOL

We are not really doing anything traditional for our wedding.

traditional: cake, bo-k toss, first dance, father/daughter dance

nontraditional: no garter toss, having my mom and dad walk me down the aisle, and no bridal party... oh and FH and I will see each other before the ceremony.... :)
