QOTD 2/2/09

Good Morning Ladies!!!!

Hope you all had a wonderful weekend!!!!

For today's question of the day........

if any of you have doing this.....what is the one extravagant thing you are having at your wedding, if you're not, what is the one extravagant thing you WOULD have at your wedding if you could?

We're having a photobooth, not something that was originally in the budget, but we decided we REALLY wanted it and made it work, so how about all of you?!?!?

I wanted a band and DJ so we booked a band that can provide the best of both worlds!

we are getting a steel drummer for CH and a percussionist to play 10piece drums along with the DJ at the Reception.

and i wouldnt say it was extravagent but definantly different, we are extending our reception and inviting all/ any guests to the nearby bowling alley for free bowling immidiatly following the reception :)

We are not extravagant people, so everything we have planned for I am extremely happy about. However, if we did have more money to spare, I would have booked a photographer that I am in love with but sadly cannot touch with a 10-ft pole

I'm not getting anything really extravagant...though that depends entirely on who you ask. FH would say everything

The only 'extra' thing that can be called an extravagance is our cheesecake martini bar...but we're only doing that because we cut the Viennese because it was too extravagant!

Um...invitations.

And my makeup is pretty expensive. Oops.

If I had unlimited funds, I would probably add the Viennese hour back on, or just an extra hour. Maybe the mashed potato martini bar for CH. It's going to sound spoiled, but I'm pretty much getting what I want, so I don't need to add much or dream of adding much...but only because it was never something I planned on going overboard with anyways, I think I'm doing a pretty good job of putting together a good party without going over budget.

I'm really excited about the photobooth, it's going to be a surprise for a lot of our guests, but those who DO know about it can't wait....someone I used to work with, was so snotty when I told her about it, she's like...oh....how sweet 16 of you....then I started to think it was TACKY!!!!!!!! But I quickly got over that!!!! WooHoo for the photobooth!!

Wow...what a beast. You know...if you put thumbtacks in someones tires...the air slowly lets out overnight. Just a thought.
