Well as you may know im a total fat girl at heart and i LOVE to go out to eat? FH and I try to have date nights every once in a while and we enjoy trying out new places.
Where is your favorite place to go to dinner with FH? Maybe I can get some new ideas!!
Our favorite places are Blue and John Harvards. We also love smokey bones! We are big fans of a more comfy laid back atmosphere.

We love Argentine food, seafood from City Island and Japanese food from Edo's in New Rochelle..

cafe Toscano in massapequa. Great Italian food and also Rothmann's Steak House but that is only for special occasions cause it is entirely too expensive to do often.

I love Mexican and Italian food so I have two favorite restaurants in the city... Baby Bo's and ll Vagabondo.

my major cravings have been greek!!! we get it at least once a week at either shish kabob (bc its super close to us) or even better.... Wild Fig there is a garden city location and one in glen cove which i haven't actually been to. FH is a vegetarian and he loves getting greek salad with falafel topper and i usually will get that or a chicken gyros its sooo good healthy and inexpensive

FH and I had our first date at Red Lobster 12 yrs ago and it is still one of our fav places to go to. Also we love Shiki in Babylon its japanese

For Greek, Alexandros in Mount Sinai, it used to be in Miller Place and closed for 3 years, but just reopened in its new location last month and when we found out we were literally jumping up and down like girls. Which is fine for me, of course...FH not so much.
For upscale American, Bliss in Setauket and 21 Main in Sayville.
For Italian, Piccolo Bussolo in Huntington, and used to be Aegean II in Smithtown but they just closed BAH!
For mexican/Latin, Maria's in Neconset,
For casual, Houlihans.
For takeout, Akropolis in Nesconset and Rocco's in Saint James...also used to be Aegean, but closed.

We like Blue Moon and Cabo in Rockville Centre!!!! We love the Sangria at Cabo!!!! We also love Baci in Westbury!! That's why we are having our RD there!!!

We LOVE Cafe Formaggio in Westbury. There's always a crazy wait but its SO worth it. They have the best fondue.
Also Panchos - we love it!
Something a little less expensive - Ruby Tuesdays. I love their crab cake burger and their Turkey Burgers.
