I am truly blessed to have found a man who is a compliment to me. He is a natural leader, a great provider, he is driven, goal oriented and he inspires me to be the best me possible. The fact that I love him is only fraction of the reason I said yes. They say a good man is hard to find but actually he found me.............

FH has all of the best qualities of all of the other guys I've dated all in one person. He's the first guy I dated that I was good friends with first, so that's helped a lot too!

I said yes because i know i can count on him always during the good and bad. When my dad passed away FH was truly a rock for me and when he has gone thru his stuff with his family i have always been there for him. He has always made me laugh and even when we fight at the end we always go back to being normal and don't hold any grudges against each other.

good question...we were friends originally but when we started to date..he told me to put my foolishness aside because before him I was a big dater and did not want to settle down...so in the way i knew that if I ever started dating him it would end up in marriage and it did!

Iwell first off I knew I was gonna say yes b/c we have been together for almost 5 years when he proposed, i wasnt gonna stay with him for t hat long if I didnt wanna be with him forever 2ND I knew he was the one b/c i never felt the way I feel about him as I do for anyone els,e i had been nlove before but this time it was different. I feel like we balace eachother out, hes more uptight and im more like whatever lol... hes also the one person who I can love at times with all my heart and other times wanna kill him.... as weird as that sounds thats loove. We have been together through good and bad times. Hes an amazing man and Im happy to take his name and spend forever with him :)

I knew FH was the one after 2 weeks. We were driving back from the beach in his car and the 'No Rain' by Blind Melon came on (remember the video in 1990 with the tap dancing bee costume girl?) and at the same time we belted out (really horribly) the entire song on the highway like total lunatics..When the song was over I was like 'Yup, this is it...'
And why did I say yes??
Because with FH he truly is the perfect guy for me, I would go through all the other disastrous relationships and heartbreaks ten times again if I knew all the roads would lead to FH.
All the events and travels in my life led me to him after 28 years. And now after almos 2 years together I can't evem imagine what life was like before him. My new chapter in life started the day we got engaged and we couldn't be happier!!

aww! i love everyone's answers!! this is such a sweet question. i said yes because he is my very best friend and i simply can't imagine my life without him. i'm in love with the best, smartest, cutest, strongest, kindest boy i know and i'm blessed because he loves me right back!
