Hello Chicas... Sorry for the delay but I did not even know I was the BOTW... But here it goes the Question of the week....
Who is paying for Your Wedding?!
In My case, My FH and I are paying for it... We saving every penny we can... I am not sure if our parents will help us... But In our minds, we have that WE will be the Only ones paying for it...

My parents gave us 5000 up front for the down payment of the RH and will give us 5000 closer to the date - probably going to be used toward the final big payment for the RH.
FH and I are handling the rest. I'm extremely grateful to my parents for their help. FH and I were prepared to go at it alone so it was a huge relief when my parents insisted.

FH and I are paying for it all at this point. I;m sure my parents will give us something but I was married previously years ago and they paid for that wedding. THIS wedding is all for Groomzilla! lol

We are paying for a good part of it but my parents are helping ALOT. I really didnt expect them to but they gave us 3000 when we first started planning which I used for initial payments for all my major vendors. Then they paid for my dress and my mom is making my veil ( I am so excited about that). They said they will give us more at the end for the hall. Everything inbetween we got that.
FH parents havent said anything about helping us but I really dont expect them to. We live in their house rent free

my parents put away some family money for me a few years ago so that will go to the RH. my fh and i are paying for the rest .. paycheck to paycheck

FH & I are paying for everything ourselves We have heard from certain close aunts & uncles that they would be willing to help (maybe pay for the DJ or help w/invitations or something) but we're not banking on it. We've got it in our minds that we'll be paying for everything-any $$ we receive will be greatly appreciated though! LOL!

My parents and my hubbys parents are giving us some money towards the wedding which will help and my mom is also paying for my wedding gown, shoes,veil, jewlery all that fun stuff.

FIL and my dad are helping with some of the costs, but after that it's up to FH and I.
My mom is paying for my wedding dress
We really lucked out because I didn't think anyone would be able to help us out- I think everyone's hurting from this economy

It sure is. We are really blessed that way. We give them money every time we get paid and buy food but nothing big. We have to force his mother to take the money. Sometimes i just slip it in her bag when she isnt looking

I am extremely blessed to have my parents paying for the wedding. Me and FH do not have to pay for anything as long as it within reason, if we want extra, then it will be up to us to pay for the extra that we want

FH and I...every cent we make is going into the wedding and savings account for a place to live. I'm hoping to get a promotion at work so hopefully we can save more. I don't want to ask my parents but I know they will help when we get closer to the wedding date. FH's parents gave us the money for the RH down payment and his mom has mentioned giving us more later on, but like you said, as of right now we are paying most of the wedding

FH and I are paying for most of the wedding. My parents are contributing about 20% of the total budget which was an amazing surprise since they already paid for 4 years of college at NYU! Absolutely amazing parents I have If they could, they would do more! FH's parents haven't indicated that they're contributing financially.

its a joint effort...
my parents are paying for the RH for 250 ppl (anything over FILs have to pay), cinderella carriage and dress
FILS are paying for the invitations (so far)
My aunt is paying for DOC, card box, cupcake favors and frank sinatra singer for dinner
FH and & i are paying for DJ, steel drum, Photo/video, flowers, Limo and the little extras

my parents are paying for the hall and food, but my FH and I will be paying for the DJ, photographer/videographer, flowers and limos.
