WOOHOO its SATURDAY!!! As someone who works Monday-Friday, weekends are my SAVIOR. And pretty much my 'wedding planning time'. LOL I think since I've been engaged every Saturday has either been made up of meeting with vendors/shopping around (venue, photographer, DJ, etc) or getting ideas online... and even planning things in my head while doing normal non wedding stuff (food shopping, at the gym, etc). I guess its safe to say I'm obsessed

Thinking back through all this planning, I have to say my FAVORITE thing so far was dress shopping. I feel like its that moment you think of your entire life, wondering what dress you will pick, etc. and its a day to feel like a princess while trying all of the dresses on. I think a close 2nd was venue shopping, that was just fun seeing all the places and what they had to offer.

So far in your planning, what was your favorite part? For the ladies who just began, what do you look forward to the most?

Favorite part so far was venue shopping for sure...I am nervous about dress shopping, I haven't even started looking online and I want to put it off for as long as I can lol

I am so obsessed too but this wedding is not going to plan itself lol. So far I've loved every aspect of planning. Even things I didn't think I would care about, like invites. As soon as our samples came in the mail I was running in the house to open them lol. Dress shopping is up there too. I like it so much that I refuse to make a decision bc I just want to keep on shopping!

Great question :)

Dress shopping of course! I want to try on as many as possible, just for the experience, since I will be going alone It will be so much harder to pick something. The venue shopping was very stressful and disappointing at times. all this dieting and exersing have to pay off for an amazing dress!

I've liked it all so far even though it gets frustrating at times. My first dress shopping experience left me more confused about what looks good and what I want but I am getting so antsy to go again and very excited to be going with my sisters and mom in April!

I have enjoyed most of it. I really enjoyed venue shopping and dress shopping. Everything else has been a tad bit stressful, FH does not like spending money and he think it is ridiculous that these vendors charge what they charge. After any vendor appointment I am typically convincing FH that it is worth the amount/close to the amount that they quote....

I enjoyed venue shopping the most. For some reason, I found it to be the least stressful part which is why it was the best. I loved the outcome of dress shopping (purchasing a dress-yay!) but I HATED almost every minute of getting to that point. Trying on a million dresses and feeling like you might never find the right one is the worst feeling :(

Very late withthis post, but loved the question :)

Getting my dress with my mother-in-law. Actully went with my MOH first to get the jitters out and we ended up finding my dress. I then went with my MOH, FSIL and FMIL to the same place as if it was my first time ever being there. I then picked several dresses along with my favorite dress I had originally tried on. We were all in agreement and that's when I knew I got my dress. It was a moment, I will always remember.
As far as the moment I am looking forward to is when my dad gets to see me in my dress and I give him his special cufflings I bought for the special day and seeing my FH for the first time in his suit and him seeing me in my dress. So very excited.
