Ok this question has a few parts...

Do you like to cook? If so what is your favorite meal to prepare? Does FH cook? If so what is the best thing he has ever cooked for you?

I do cook but with the big day approaching rather quickly I have been slacking a little. I love making BBQ mini meatloafs with roasted potatoes and broccoli :) It def just feels like a homecooked meal mom used to make (comfort food)

FH 'tries' to cook...and I use that word loosely. He always adds a secret ingredient which honestly scares the heck out of me. Lets just say one time he put a bunch of leftover food that I cooked (veggies chicken noodles etc) put it in the blender (yes the blender) and then mixed it with chopped meat mustard and breadcrumbs and tried to call it meatloaf....really FH really?? He is now banned from the blender

I love to cook!!! And I love to try all different recipes - I usually print them out from different websites and play around with them until they are perfect. When I'm not feeling adventurous, my staples are chicken cutlets, filet mignon, skirt steak, meatloaf and burgers.

FH does not like to cook. The most he will do is throw something frozen in the oven or on the grill lol although he was VERY proud of himself this weekend because he made himself an omelet! Hahaha I don't mind being the cook of the family though - he's the cleaner

I absolutely love to cook/bake! I also love that FH is willing to try new things because I am always trying out new recipes. Sometimes they are awesome, sometimes not so much - but that's how you learn.

I want to say my favorite dishes are:

- Chicken Vindaloo (which I just made last night)
- Jambalaya Shrimp over Rice
- Mushroom Lasagna
- Eggplant Parmigiana
- Pasta Primavera
- Sausage & Broccoli Rabe (or Spinach) over Farfalle

FH can cook - just doesn't do it very often. When he does, he usually cooks stuff like Raviolis, some kind of pasta, Irish Breakfast, or Shepard's Pie. He also tends to cook when he knows that I am running late from work, which it so sweet of him because the last thing I want to do is cook an entire meal when I get home after a long day. The Shepard's pie is definitely my favorite of his!

I love to cook. I love navigating through website and finding new recipes. FH loves pretty much everything I cook.

When I'm not feeling the kitchen too much I keep it simply like chicken cutlets, rice and salad or something along those lines.

FH loves the kitchen. However, due to his busy schedule he can't cook to much. My favorite dish so far that his cooked for me has been a lasagna.

I love to cook but don't really do it so much since we moved in with FH's parents. My favorite thing to make is probably baked mac and cheese or my magic creations which is basically anything in the fridge mixed in a pan. FH LOVES whenever I do that. Some how it seems to work and he's always shocked at how good it tastes.

FH enjoys cooking some things. The best thing he makes is probably his cajun porkchops or his brown sugar and soy sauce ribs....so F...ing good!

I love to cook, but I HAVE to follow a recipe. FH also loves to cook and he can throw anything together and it tastes delicious. Me? I take a meal that should take 30 min to make and it takes me over an hour. It comes out good, but I just take so damn long. That's why for the most part FH does the cooking and I do the baking

Well it looks like I am a long ranger here, but I HATE to cook. I am not good at it by any means. The only things I make really well are old Italian recipes from my family. Other than that I can honestly say that I suck at cooking. We eat a lot of turkey sandwiches for dinner in our house

FH actually loves to cook and is really good at it! He almost went to culinary school but decided against it. He makes really delicious chicken stir fry, steaks, chicken dishes, pretty much everything. Too bad he is the one that works late!

I dont really mind cooking, I think I'm more self conscious about it than anything. When me and FH lived in our apartment together I cooked every night and god bless him he'll eat ANYthing I put in front of him and always says its so good. As far as being a good cook for other ppl, that's where I'm still nervous! I'm a better baker!

FH cooks but quick easy things mostly. He loves steak and makes that the best and can whip up easy lil meals but as far as an actual roast beef, whole chicken etc he's never done it.

I love to cook but often I'm too tired to do so. I love baked salmon, veggies and either cous cous or potatoes (chopped up). One of my favorite summertime meals is Fish tacos!

I also make the best breakfast meals ever.. it's my favorite meal and I can make a lot of different things. But I don't make them unless it is a weekend morning since I'd rather sleep. I love making machaca (Mexican recipe eggs with roast beef and red peppers).

I love when FH cooks and he will when I'm exhausted or not in the mood. He makes some awesome Rice with gandules but we have been trying to eat healthier.

Neither of us like to cook. I enjoy baking and eating cereal. We will probably starve.

I love to cook and try to make new things.

FH would be lucky if he could boil water.

I have the baking gene on both sides (grandfather was the town bread maker, and the other side of the family has run a bakery for the past 112 years- going on 4 generations!) so thats where I shine.

FH loves to cook- very much a foodie, but doesn't have a lot of time.

My favorite dish is his signature baked ziti- he makes it for every function.

But when I get mad, bored, or stressed- there will be something in the oven!

I like to cook, but when I'm in the mood. And I hate cooking for myself. I live alone and FH lives at home about an hour away so we don't have the opportunity to eat together every night and it's a lot of work to cook real meals for one person every night.

I love cooking for him though, and he's always so appreciative. I have this garlic chicken pasta dish that's his favorite and he begs me to make it. I anticipate cooking and WANTING to cook a lot more once we'r emarried and living together.

As I said, FH still lives at home, Mom makes dinner everyt night so he doesn't ever have to cook anything. When he does his specialties are English Muffin pizzas and chicken quesadillas... but his da dmakes the chicken, he just fries the tortillas LOL, FH is gnna have to step up his game though cause we'll both be working,so I'm not going to cok EVERY night while he sits on his ***, sorry!

I cook a lot - sometimes it's all from scratch and other times it's some stuff that's pre-cooked (from Trader Joe's) and then I add to it. I love making chicken dishes, pastas, etc. Both FH and I like eating similar things at home, so that makes it pretty easy and he's not picky at all. We try not to eat out a lot because 1) it gets expensive, 2) we feel yucky after eating out too many times.

My favorite dishes to make is my signature chicken cutlets - they really are amazing lol, meat sauce w/ spaghetti, potato soup w/ meat, and this bean soup I make that's a traditional dish. I also end up taking pictures of any new dishes I make or if something looks good - it's a known thing that I do before we eat lol and makes the whole process more fun...Here's a few because I want to share

Shrimp Jambalaya!

Ohh and pizza is a fun one lately

Best thing FH makes is his scrambled eggs w/ feta cheese. It's the treat he makes for me on the weekends They're seriously amazing. Other than that, I do all the cooking. lol

Okay now I'm hungry and I realize I've written an essay lol

I've lived on my own for so long that it wasn't enjoyable cooking for one (I hate leftovers).

However, I love baking, not that it counts as a meal. I also make pretty impressive, so people tell me, mac and cheese from scratch - too bad I don't eat it!!!

FH is amazing. He cooks for me because I get home a lot later from work than he does. He makes AMAZING lemon chicken and chicken parm

Ummm... Adelz... you made me hungry - and your food looks delish
