FH and I are alternating tiers with two types in order to capture both of our favorites! We are doing red velvet and cannoli cake.

We have canoli for many holidays and birthdays so for our wedding we went with something different. We are having a custard with rasberry jelly.

that sounds amazing! we haven't gone for our tasting yet, but we are thinking cassata cake its our fav.
