So here I go posting after midnight since I can't let my morning ladies down...and I am SOOOOOO not a morning person

This question deals with the side of relationships that is not all rainbows and teddy bears and lovey dovey mush. We all love our FIs very much and definitely care about them despite their flaws. BUT they do, in fact have flaws. What is the one thing about FI that drives you crazy? The one thing that makes you want to act out this emoticon for real:

The reason I asked this is that tonight was definitely one of those nights with FH haha. My biggest pet peeve with him is that he always wants to explain things...which is great, but he'll do it even if he knows I know what he is explaining. It makes me feel like he thinks I am stupid. The worst thing is that he feels bad about it, and doesn't mean to do it and is really trying to stop...so I can't help but feel bad every time I get mad at him for it. He gets the puppy dog face when I say something...and then I want to cry! I just wish I didn't even have to deal with it at all lol.

I hate when he follows me into the bathroom...

i will be in the bathroom doing my business & next thing I know, hes in there brushing his teeth or shaving or getting in the shower

it makes me soooooooo mad

then, of course, the dog has to follow him in

being on his computer from the moment he gets in to the house, and I HAVE to be quiet not to disturb him (his a graphic designer, so he works on a lot of designs at home) God forbid!
and he can do this for hours with no end in sight
I can just take a hammer and smash the freakin computer, jsut to get his attention for at least 1 min straight

I hate that he is ALWAYS late. Also...if he is late, he stresses and makes things harder than he has to. Or the fact that he thinks I can help lift over 100lbs and complains when I can't... Doh!!! BUT, I loveeeeee him.

That he throws his dirty laundry on the floor.

That he leaves his ash trays and x-box controllers on the floor for me to trip over.

That he doesn't rinse dishes before putting them in the dishwasher.

That he leaves the toothpaste cap sitting on the counter face down so we get a little toothpaste circle.

That he doesn't put the bathmat down on the floor when he takes a bath so when he gets out the floor and rugs are all wet.


Oh you just wanted one............

When he's purposely extremely annoying just to see how much it'll take to get me annoyed at him. He thinks its entertaining.

he leaves the kitchen cabinet doors open when he takes something out.....last week he left it open and the cat had a field day with his catnip!

I hate when FH leaves garbage on the counters in plastic shopping bags. Also hate when he has snacks while watching tv and he leaves all his plates and cups out on the coffee tables,sometimes with ketcup and it gets all crusty and hard.

that he calls his mom and dad 'mommy and daddy' when talkikng to his sister

He is too silent. He always keeps me thinking. He is very hard to read.

clothes on the floor. i have no idea if they are clean or dirty. so i am sure that some clean things get rewashed & some dirty things get put back in the closest.

i hate when he puts wet towels on the bed.

he leaves his sneakers in the door way so i trip over them constantly.

when FH gets home...he takes all of his stuff and throws it on his computer chair...all his work clothes or sweaters or whatever the clothing is....it drives me crazy bc the closet is about 2 ft away from the chair...why cant he just put it away!!

No matter how much I really want his opinion or an answer for any type of question all I get is 'what ever you want' or 'I don't care'. Geeze... If I knew what I wanted to do, make for dinner, etc. I wouldn't be asking, I'd just do it!!!

And I also get annoyed that factoring in our commutes, he has a much shorter work day than me and therefore has a lot more 'free time' that he spends playing on the computer. Something that I sparingly have. Once I get home there's cooking, cleaning, prepping for tomorrow, etc to do that he will never do because he'll usually wait for me so we can 'do it together'.

OMG - I HATE it when FH leaves the wet towel on the bed! And he always leaves it on my side too - drives me up a wall. The other thing is that whe he gets out of the shower, he doesn't fully dry himself off and walks dripping wet all over the places and leaves puddle behind. Then - I always end up stepping in one of the puddles with my socks on...grrrr

The other thing is that he is constantly on his computer for god knows what - and constantly on EBay. Its like the first thing he does when he gets home, and I can't talk to him while he is on the computer too...ugh.

Love him to death - but he still drives me crazy sometimes!
