Re: ~*~*~*~QOTD - 4/8/09~*~*~*~

my favorite toy as a child was this little track, that had people sliding all over the place. the elephant would pull up on one side, and it would tilt the person (it had a silver ball on the bottom to make it roll),onto a blue ramp. it would slide down to where the giraffe would pick it up with it's pale, then swing the person around to the white ramp that slide the person into the penguin pool. the penguin pool would spin until the person rolled down a green ramp, back into the elephant that had just made it's way around the track in time for the person to slide back in. i loved this thing. i have ONE picture of me playing with this...

i would pay a decent amount of money if i could find this thing. i would love to have my kids play with it. i LOOOOOOOOOOOOVED this thing....

Re: ~*~*~*~QOTD - 4/8/09~*~*~*~

I was a BARBIE girl. I think that little $lut made me the way I am today! I had everything Barbie and beyond... and also I was in love with all my Horses... i had stables and mommy horses with baby horses....

Yeah but damn that Barbie. She completely influenced me. She helped fuel my obsession with shoes and clothes.

Not to sound spoiled, but my parents made it a point to make sure I had everything I wanted... within reason of course. It made my dad super happy to give me a gift for no reason. I was the type of kid that was cool with a drawing pad and markers... they were very lucky parents. I always wanted a real horse though. My daddy use to always tell me that my bedroom wasn't big enough for one...

I LOVED my make believe kitchen, outfitted with the whole sha-bang including china cabinet.

I desperately wanted an easy bake oven but my parents said it was dangerous.... ( Impossible right!!!!)

Re: ~*~*~*~QOTD - 4/8/09~*~*~*~

My favroite toy was probably a doll house that I had, and all the accesories that went along with it.

I didn't have a least favorite toy!

The toy I wanted forever was one of those motorized Barbie cars/jeeps that you actually drive. I am STILL upset that I never got one and feel like my childhood was deprived!!!
