we used to say we would move to fl, but only if my fam went bc i could never leave them lol. but i honestly dont want to leave li and never does fh.

For the past few years i've always wanted to move to southern california, my best friend is in san diego and i really love the lifestyle. We love to be outside and play sports and stay active and it's so hard to do that here. FH loves the idea of living there also but he doesnt want to leave his parents

We do not want to live far from our families, they are an integral part of our lives. We may live in Forest Hills after we're married and then eventually move back to LI when we buy a house.

We would LOVE to stay on Long Island, considering our families are here and we are very close to them, so we're going to try our best to stay, we can't imagie raising a family anywhere else but we shall see where the wind takes us

Honestly, neighborhoods are changing and LI is getting very crowded.

FH and I have several options and can certainly live here BUT the question is, do I want to? I think the quality of life is so much better when you are not as high strung. I want property to garden and a nice lifestyle. Long Island is way too high strung. People are constantly trying to keep up with others here. I don't want that.

I want to move to Wilmington NC. It's such a beautiful place. I would go in a heartbeat if I could transfer. We'll see.

We have thought about moving to PA where the houses are cheaper and we just want a better cleaner lifestyle compared to city life.

We live in the Bronx right now and would realllllly like to move to Westchester after the wedding. I couldn't move TOO far away from NY.. My whole world is here!

sometimes we both want to live somewhere warmer and cheaper but I dont want to be so far from my family. I lived in tx for 7 years and just missed being near them. .and now my sis just had a baby, and step sis is preggers so I figure if we moved I would have no support, etc. .just want them to all be part of our lives. .

We recently were just talking about seriously moving to NC. But after serious consideration we decided that we couldnt leave our families.

I would love to live in Italy, LA or Newport, RI.

We have talked about it but we both know it will never happen b/c FH owns a business on LI and it would be stupid of him to give it up.

My best friend lives in Wilmington! I love it there. She just built a brand new house there that is beautiful and was less than $150K!!

My FH moved to a suburb of Raleigh & Durham NC last August and we picked the place out together... so I guess we always knew we'd be headed there once we get married.

And so after our wedding in July, I am moving to Cary, North Carolina. Goodbye Long Island!!!! It's going to be such a change, but I'm excited about trying something totally new and different and loving it.

fh and i are both from queens...

we just bought a house out in farmingville about 50minutes away from where i live now ...

so i guess we're the only people who are actually moving to the island and not trying to get away from it !! haha
