QOTD 4/17/08*

We are almost to the weekend ladies! I have been so busy and exhausted this week, I cannot wait for it to be over! But now for some fun stuff. This question is actually inspired by one of my failed attempts to do something really cool. I will write about it later as my response.

If money was no object, what wedding gift would you give your FH? (In other words, if you could give him anything in the world, what would it be?)

and... so that we can share in the fun too!

If I could give FH anything as his wedding gift I would give him a new car. He really wants a Honda Civic Hybrid, but we can't afford one for awhile.

If I could get anything, I'd want an apartment in NYC or a house in Westchester. Forget jewels, I want real estate!

If I could give him anything it would be a 2-3 bedroom in Manhattan and a job in midtown. We love our co-op in forest hills but want bigger and we are always in NYC. Also he works in Brooklyn and commute is an hour so midtown would be so much nicer- he could take the express subway

As for a gift from him to me: I would also have to say the 2-3 bedroom in Manhattan but on a more realistic level:

a new tennis racquet would make me smile or of course, the other bunny I want from Build a Bear- see it does not take much to make me happy

if i had the money i would definetely buy my FH a modified race car..or a dirt modified...or both! He loves racing, and his 76 caddy is just a pain in the butt and never cooperates with him

I would get FH a Range Rover and a Cartier Watch for the wedding.

I want a Cartier, House in Westchester, and a Mercedes.

It would be a gift for both of us, A house with a back yard, we live on the 4th floor in the Bronx, I sooo miss having a backyard, and being able to plant flowers in the spring, and being able to bbq and eat outside.

So, why this question cam about...

My FH and his GM are HUGE Weird Al fans. They listen to him all of the time. So, I decided to write him a letter asking him how much he would be to play a private gathering... but he never wrote back. I thought that would be such a cool gift to my FH and his part of the bridal party! I asked my friend in entertainment and she said he'd be about 10K - yea, I don't have that kind of money!

As for me, I jokingly told my mom that for my 30th birthday and wedding gift she can get me dance lessons or even just a lesson with DEREK HOUGH! God can he move his body! Wonder how much that would be?!?!

dream: some new exotic sports car he wants

as far as me...
I could use an allllll diamond necklace to wearwit my dress, a house, andarange rover( lovethat car)
