Wedding: Is there anything you want to include in your wedding, but can’t exactly figure out how or where?

Wedding: I really wanted to include an elephant SOMEWHERE in the wedding. I'm still trying to figure out how to do it. FH got his Batman stuff in the table numbers, garter, and 'monogram' in lights, but I'm still trying to find a place to put an elephant. Maybe I'll talk to my mom about doing an elephant/circus (MINUS THE CLOWNS!!) bridal shower.

NWR: I collect elephants. I have since I was little, but I have no idea who started it for me . I have all different types, including: a baby elephant that holds a wine bottle (gift from MOH), an ostrich egg that has elephants painted on it, elephants made out of seashells, a starfish, glass, plastic - you name it, I either have it or will find it! I even have an elephant tattoo!!

I want fireworks! But it's like $1,000 a minute and I can't have them legally by my hall anyway.

eh I LOVE pigs! I have hundreds of them-but I'm trying to ween away from the trinkets. I left soo many at home bc I need to have a big girl atmosphere now ahaha

Good luck to you too!!! I'm with 1 student who also has a para as his scribe. The poor kid literally just answered the last question in the last minute yesterday.

hey he finished! that's all that really matters! I have one student who didn't answer like 10-15 questions. He is SLOW moving but bright. And I was constantly reminding him of the time! UGH!

My theme is vineyard\winery. I really want to name each table after a different wine and find these certain wines to put on the table. And tem I thought to go so far as to find these wines in different years that were important to us. Like a merlot made in 2003, the year we met. And THEN to have, in wire, the name of the wine (think of how the wedding hangers have your soon to be last name written in them) made and i would stick it in the cork of that particular wine so that it is standing kinda tall off the table. I don't know if I explained it right and this may be why I can't find anyone to do it. And to find wines that are older, like made in 1983 or 1982 would prob get expensive and people would prob not get it.

I collect shot glasses. I have them from all over the world. Everyone knows I collect them and buys them for me whenever they go away. It makes me feel very special for them to think of me but now I have a ton of shot glasses I can't display bc I have no where to put them. And it kinda makes me look like an alcoholic. Haha

I really want to include gold somewhere but I feel like it won't really fit right with my color scheme..
I'll figure it out somehow. LOL

I collect shotglasses as well! My bestie Marvin probably has purchased the most for me.. He goes all over the world.. I should be getting an Australian one in a couple of weeks when he comes home! =) He always jokes I'm just safekeeping his collection for him but I have plenty that FH and I have collected as well.

No, so far my wedding vision and ideas have been very cohesive.

I don't really collect anything anymore besides nautical/beach decor for my home. I used to collect shot glasses. I left the collection as a parting gift when I moved out of my parents house. Haha my mom wants me to take them.

I love pigs also, I think when i buy a house I wanna get alittle pig for my backyard... I think I like them because they are pink

I would LOVE fireworks but after I found out how expensive it is I said no way! Im not even sure if my RH would allow it anyways.

Im having a peacock theme. But I wont be going overboard with peacock. Im using it as inspirations for the colors more than anything.. deep purples, teels and cobalt blue. There will be touches of the feathers in my bouquet, GM bouts, our low CPs and the pins Im getting for my girls to wear with their dresses. I will prob also incorporate it into out invites.

I dont collect anything.

Great minds must think alike because the second I read this question I immeditley thought *FIREWORKS!*
I looooove fireworks, it would be my dream to have them at my wedding, but way too costly and not really appropriate at my venue. Maybe we can have a 4th of July G2G

I don't really collect anything, but I love sunglasses and have a gazzilion pairs!

Wedding: I want to have the Stanley Cup at my wedding with flowers on the top. Damn replica is like $500 Maybe if I win the lotto

NWR: Ranger autographs. We actually stood outside of a bar for 4 hours in the freezing cold waiting for this one hockey player to get wasted. He was a **** when he entered the bar but when he came out he was happy to sign anything. Oh yeah and FH has a Rocky collection that has taken over my living room

I want a photobooth but i cant find the $$ LOL also i dont know where we'd put it and it wouldnt go with our lovebird theme... lol i guess it COULD somehow.

I dont collect much, we are minimalistic mostly. haha

Wedding I want to incorporate a small dragon and butterfly somewhere together in the wedding decor/scheme. We're having a 'Love is the greatest adventure' theme with a medieval twist.. so you think this would be easy.

Someone here sent me a link to great dragon table toppers - and I've had the idea ti incorporate a crystal butterfly into my bouquet. But because Dragon is his nickname, and Faye is mine - I'd like for them to be together.

NWR: As I've mentioned before, I think the most unique thing is that I'm a fire spinner. Imagine those (usually) men you see spinning a staff lit with fire at both ends at a luau - I do a version of that called poi (two lit balls on strings?) and also fire (hula) hoop. I'm working on learning staff now.

People don't seem to expect it from me.

I am trying to figure out how to incorporate lanterns at the RH! I want them hung above the sweet heart table.... so we're trying to figure out how to logistically do that haha

I collect every thingggg.... I love Wizard of Oz, Disney and Hello Kitty things. Yes, I'm 12!

I really wanted a piano player for cocktail hour, but our hall does not even have a piano. And the prices we got to rent one were outrageous.

I love eeyore. I have a stuffed one for every holiday. lol

Wedding: I would love to have a wedding day recap shown towards the end of my reception, but it's too much money.

NWR: I collect Disney snowglobes.

I'm also considering a photobooth, but don't know if it's really in the funds - or it's possible to get up to the second floor in the venetian?

The theme for our wedding is really just classic and traditional. I like an elegant simplicity.

If you walked into my apartment right now, you'd think I collected wedding objects! But actually I have a collection of angels. My godmother buys me one every year for my birthday.

I want contortionists and modern ballet during our wedding...I am completely infatuated with Cirque de Soleil and the music so we are doing a small 20 minute variety show during dinner. First I was going to do it at Viennese but then I decided that people just sit for 20 to 25 minutes so we will do it them. I just need the choreography to be exactly how I want it. It sounds crazy but with the music and stuff it is so cool.

I don't collect anything really but I do bake a lot. I love to make different cheesecakes and cakes and tarts and all that has to do with baking and decorating. I do not like to make cupcakes because for some reason I cannot master the cupcake. LOL
